Obiectivul general al proiectului este Cresterea gradului de participare la nivelul educatiei timpurii si a invatamantului obligatoriu, in special pentru copii cu risc crescut de parasire timpurie a sistemului de educatie din comuna Filipeni, judetul Bacau Proiectul contribuie la atingerea acestui obiectiv prin Constructia unei noi cladiri pentru Scoala Coordonatoare din comuna Filipeni, satul Filipeni, judetul Bacau in perioada de 24 de luni de implementare a acestuia. La finalizarea proiectului, noua cladire a Scolii coordonatoare din comuna Filipeni, satul Filipeni, judetul Bacau va fi functionala si va fi data in administrare structurii de invatamant aferenta, va fi complet dotata. Prin implementarea proiectului este vizata concentrarea resurselor umane si materiale dedicate invatamantului obligatoriu, o eficientizare a cheltuielilor de educatie si cresterea calitatii actului didactic oferit in cadrul Scolii coordonatoare din comuna Filipeni, satul Filipeni, judetul Bacau. Pe termen scurt si mediu, se preconizeaza imbunatatirea ofertei educationale existente prin existenta unei infrastructuri performante, scaderea riscului de abandon scolar prin cresterea atractivitatii procesului educativ formal pentru elevi si pentru cadrele didactice. Rezultatele planificate și activitățile propuse vor conduce la realizarea obiectivului specific al Axa prioritară 10 Îmbunătățirea infrastructurii educaționale, Prioritate de investiții 10.1 Investițiile în educație, și formare, inclusiv în formare profesională, pentru dobândirea de competențe și învățare pe tot parcursul vieții prin dezvoltarea infrastructurilor de educație și formare, Obiectiv Specific 10.1 Creșterea gradului de participare la nivelul educaţiei timpurii şi învăţământului obligatoriu, în special pentru copii cu risc crescut de părăsire timpurie a sistemului, prin contribuția acestora la atingerea indicatorilor de program și impactul derulării cu succes a proiectului asupra evoluției socio-economice a zonei adiacente și asupra nivelului de educatie a populației din localitățile adiacente deservite de Scoala coordonatoare Filipeni. Avand in vedere lucrarile propuse pentru realizarea OS1, se propune imbunatatirea serviciilor de educatie oferite pentru 142 de elevi inmatriculati in prezent in scoala coordonatoare Filipeni din satul Filipeni pentru toate nivelele de educatie ale invatamantului obligatoriu. Scoala Gimnaziala Filipeni existenta pe amplasament, fiind o contructie veche, deteriorata, nu îndeplineste nivelul de dotare minimală conform standardelor impuse de Ministerul Educației si Cercetării Stiintifice prin normativele în vigoare. Dotarea actuală a acestei unități de învățământ este neconformă și neadaptată societății informaționale și societății cunoasterii, datorită finanțării insuficiente constante. Datorită acestei situații constatate în teren și pe baza observațiilor consemnate de expertii tehnici cooptati, se constată faptul că nu se poate lua in calcul extinderea construct (Romanian)

The general objective of the project is to increase the level of participation in early education and compulsory education, especially for children at increased risk of early leaving the education system in Filipeni commune, Bacau county. The project contributes to the achievement of this objective through the Construction of a new building for the Coordinating School in Filipeni commune, Filipeni village, Bacau county during the 24 months of its implementation. Upon completion of the project, the new building of the coordinating school in Filipeni commune, Filipeni village, Bacau county will be functional and will be given in administration of the related education structure, will be fully equipped. Through the implementation of the project is aimed at concentrating human and material resources dedicated to compulsory education, an efficient education expenditure and increasing the quality of teaching provided within the coordinating school in Filipeni commune, Filipeni village, Bacau county. In the short and medium term, it is expected to improve the existing educational offer through the existence of an efficient infrastructure, decreasing the risk of school drop-out by increasing the attractiveness of the formal educational process for students and teachers. The planned results and proposed activities will lead to the achievement of the specific objective of Priority Axis 10 Improvement of Education Infrastructure, Investment Priority 10.1 Investments in education, and training, including vocational training, for skills acquisition and lifelong learning through the development of education and training infrastructures, Specific Objective 10.1 Increasing participation in early childhood and compulsory education, in particular for children at increased risk of early leaving, by contributing to the achievement of the programme indicators and the impact of the successful implementation of the project on the socio-economic evolution of the adjacent area and on the level of education of the population in adjacent localities served by the Philippine Coordinating School. Considering the proposed works for OS1, it is proposed to improve the education services offered for 142 students currently registered in the Philippine coordinating school in Filipeni village for all levels of education of compulsory education. The Philippine Secondary School existing on the site, being an old, damaged construction, does not meet the minimum endowment level according to the standards imposed by the Ministry of Education and Scientific Research by the regulations in force. The current endowment of this educational establishment is inconsistent and not adapted to the information society and the knowledge society, due to constant insufficient funding. Due to this situation found in the field and on the basis of the observations recorded by the co-opted technical experts, it is found that the construction extension cannot be taken into account.
