Proiectul propus contribuie la accesul sporit la serviciile de îngrijire medicală primară a persoanelor sărace și celor din zonele cu acces redus prin modernizarea, extinderea infrastructurii si dotarea ambulatoriului din cadrul Spitalului de Pneumoftiziologie Bacau. Obiectivul general al proiectului este reprezentat de reabilitarea, modernizarea, extinderea si dotarea ambulatoriului din cadrul Spitalului de Pneumoftiziologie Bacau în vederea furnizării de servicii medicale aliniate la standardele europene. Astfel, se urmărește reducerea inegalităților în ceea ce privește starea de sănătate a populației prin diagnosticarea bolilor în stadiul incipient şi tratarea cu succes a unor afecţiuni mai ușoare, prevenind agravarea lor și ducând la scăderea ponderii persoanelor cu nevoi medicale neacoperite. Prin plusul de calitate a infrastructurii, se va dezvolta astfel reţeaua de centre medicale moderne, capabile să furnizeze îngrijire primară continuă. Aceasta va conduce atât la eficientizarea sistemului de sănătate, prin reducerea internărilor evitabile, cât și la accesibilizarea ofertei de servicii de asistență în cadrul ambulatoriului. The proposed project contributes to increased access to primary care services for poor people and those in areas with reduced access by modernising, expanding infrastructure and equipping the outpatients within the Bacau Pneumoftiziology Hospital. The general objective of the project is the rehabilitation, modernisation, extension and endowment of the outpatients within the Bacau Pneumoftisiology Hospital in order to provide medical services aligned with European standards. This aims to reduce inequalities in the health status of the population by diagnosing diseases at an early stage and successfully treating lighter conditions, preventing their aggravation and reducing the proportion of people with unmet medical needs. Through the added quality of the infrastructure, it will develop the network of modern medical centers, capable of providing continuous primary care. This will lead both to the efficiency of the health system, by reducing avoidable admissions, and to making the provision of outpatient care accessible. (English)

Le projet proposé contribue à améliorer l’accès aux services de soins primaires pour les pauvres et les personnes vivant dans des régions où l’accès est réduit en modernisant, en élargissant les infrastructures et en équipant les patients ambulatoires de l’hôpital de Pneumoftiziology de Bacau. L’objectif général du projet est la réhabilitation, la modernisation, l’extension et la dotation des patients ambulatoires au sein de l’hôpital de Pneumoftisiologie de Bacau afin de fournir des services médicaux conformes aux normes européennes. Cela vise à réduire les inégalités dans l’état de santé de la population en diagnostant les maladies à un stade précoce et en traitant avec succès des conditions plus légères, en prévenant leur aggravation et en réduisant la proportion de personnes ayant des besoins médicaux non satisfaits. Grâce à la qualité ajoutée de l’infrastructure, il développera le réseau de centres médicaux modernes, capables de fournir des soins primaires continus. Das vorgeschlagene Projekt trägt dazu bei, durch Modernisierung, Ausbau der Infrastruktur und die Ausstattung der ambulanten Patienten im Krankenhaus Bacau Pneumoftiziology den Zugang zu Grundversorgungsdiensten für arme Menschen und Personen in Gebieten mit eingeschränktem Zugang zu verbessern. Allgemeines Ziel des Projekts ist die Rehabilitation, Modernisierung, Erweiterung und Ausstattung der ambulanten Patienten im Krankenhaus Bacau Pneumoftisiologie, um medizinische Dienstleistungen im Einklang mit den europäischen Standards zu erbringen. Dies zielt darauf ab, Ungleichheiten im Gesundheitszustand der Bevölkerung zu verringern, indem Krankheiten frühzeitig diagnostiziert und leichtere Bedingungen erfolgreich behandelt werden, ihre Verschlimmerung verhindert und der Anteil der Menschen mit nicht gedeckten medizinischen Bedürfnissen verringert wird. Durch die zusätzliche Qualität der Infrastruktur wird es das Netzwerk moderner medizinischer Zentren entwickeln, die in der Lage sind, eine kontinuierliche Primärversorgung zu gewährleisten.
