Proiectul propus contribuie la accesul sporit la serviciile de îngrijire medicală primară a persoanelor sărace și celor din zonele cu acces redus prin modernizarea, extinderea infrastructurii si dotarea ambulatoriului din cadrul Spitalului de Pneumoftiziologie Bacau. Obiectivul general al proiectului este reprezentat de reabilitarea, modernizarea, extinderea si dotarea ambulatoriului din cadrul Spitalului de Pneumoftiziologie Bacau în vederea furnizării de servicii medicale aliniate la standardele europene. Astfel, se urmărește reducerea inegalităților în ceea ce privește starea de sănătate a populației prin diagnosticarea bolilor în stadiul incipient şi tratarea cu succes a unor afecţiuni mai ușoare, prevenind agravarea lor și ducând la scăderea ponderii persoanelor cu nevoi medicale neacoperite. Prin plusul de calitate a infrastructurii, se va dezvolta astfel reţeaua de centre medicale moderne, capabile să furnizeze îngrijire primară continuă. Aceasta va conduce atât la eficientizarea sistemului de sănătate, prin reducerea internărilor evitabile, cât și la accesibilizarea ofertei de servicii de asistență în cadrul ambulatoriului. The proposed project contributes to increased access to primary care services for poor people and those in areas with reduced access by modernising, expanding infrastructure and equipping the outpatients within the Bacau Pneumoftiziology Hospital. The general objective of the project is the rehabilitation, modernisation, extension and endowment of the outpatients within the Bacau Pneumoftisiology Hospital in order to provide medical services aligned with European standards. This aims to reduce inequalities in the health status of the population by diagnosing diseases at an early stage and successfully treating lighter conditions, preventing their aggravation and reducing the proportion of people with unmet medical needs. Through the added quality of the infrastructure, it will develop the network of modern medical centers, capable of providing continuous primary care. This will lead both to the efficiency of the health system, by reducing avoidable admissions, and to making the provision of outpatient care accessible. (English)
