Reducerea numărului de deplasări cu transportul privat (cu autoturisme) şi reducerea emisiilor de echivalent CO2 din transport ca urmare a punerii la dispozitiei locuitorilor Municipiului Moinesti a unor alternative de transport eficient prin imbunatatirea conditiilor pentru utilizarea modurilor nemotorizate de transport - pietonale si velo. Prin dezvoltarea mobilitatii urbane, Municipiul Moinesti urmareste ca populatia trebuie sa devina mult mai putin dependenta de utilizarea autoturismelor, prin schimbarea accentului de la o mobilitate bazata in principal pe utilizarea acestora la o mobilitate bazata pe mersul pe jos, utilizarea bicicletei ca mijloc de deplasare, sisteme de transport de inalta calitate si eficienta, reducand astfel utilizarea autoturismelor in paralel cu cresterea gradului de utilizare a unor mijloace de deplasare nepoluante. Proiectul vine in intampinarea obiectivului specific 3.2 al prioritatii de investitii 4e, prin implementarea unor masuri strategice, bazate pe datele din Planul de Moiblitate Urbana Durabila a Municipiului Moinesti, ce vor conduce la promovarea mobilitatii urbane multimodale durabile si la reducerea emisiilor de CO2, ca urmare a transferului către modurile nemotorizate de transport, cresterea atractivitatii utilizarii modurilor nemotorizate in detrimentul transportului cu autoturismele personale. Reducing the number of journeys by private transport (cars) and reducing CO2-equivalent emissions from transport as a result of providing the inhabitants of Moinesti Municipality with efficient transport alternatives by improving the conditions for the use of non-motorised modes of transport – pedestrians and sailing. Through the development of urban mobility, the Municipality of Moinesti aims to make the population much less dependent on the use of cars, by changing the focus from mobility based mainly on their use to mobility based on walking, cycling as a means of travel, high quality and efficient transport systems, thus reducing the use of cars while increasing the use of clean means of travel. The project meets the specific objective 3.2 of the investment priority 4e, by implementing strategic measures based on data from the Moinesti Sustainable Urban Moiblity Plan, which will lead to the promotion of sustainable multimodal urban mobility and the reduction of CO2 emissions, as a result of the transfer to non-motorised modes of transport, increasing the attractiveness of using non-motorised modes to the detriment of transport with private cars.
