Obiectivul general al proiectului este reprezentat de cresterea eficientei energetice a corpurilor de cladire ce alcatuiesc Colegiul Tehnic “Grigore Cobalcescu”. Implementarea masurilor de eficienta energetica la aceste corpuri de cladire va duce la imbunatatirea conditiilor de desfasurare a activitatilor didactice, a conditiilor de cazare si servire a mesei, de asemenea inregistrandu-se: - Reducerea pierderilor de caldura si a consumurilor energetice - Reducerea costurilor de intretinere pentru incalzire si apa calda de consum - Reducerea emisiilor poluante generate de producerea, transportul si consumul de energie, conducand la utilizarea eficienta a resurselor de energie Proiectul vine în întâmpinarea obiectivului general al Programului Operațional Regional de ”creștere a competitivității economice și îmbunătăţirea condițiilor de viață ale comunităților locale și regionale prin sprijinirea dezvoltării mediului de afaceri, a condițiilor infrastructurale și a serviciilor, care să asigure o dezvoltare sustenabilă a regiunilor, capabile să gestioneze în mod eficient resursele, să valorifice potențialul lor de inovare și de asimilare a progresului tehnologic” prin cresterea eficientei energetice a cladirilor publice (de invatamant) in vederea reducerii consumului anual de energie si pentru scaderea emisiilor de CO2, contribuind la imbunatatirea conditiilor de viata ale comunitatilor locale. Prin lucrarile ce se vor executa proiectul va conduce la o reducere a emisiilor de CO2 si a consumului anual de energie primara,la cresterea utilizarii energiei din surse regenerabile, contribuind astfel la atingerea obiectivului tematic 4 - Sprijinirea tranzitiei catre o economie cu emisii scazute de dioxid de carbon in toate sectoarele. The general objective of the project is to increase the energy efficiency of the building bodies that make up the Technical College “Grigore Cobalcescu”. The implementation of energy efficiency measures in these building bodies will lead to the improvement of the conditions for carrying out the teaching activities, the conditions of accommodation and meal serving, also registering: — Reducing heat loss and energy consumption – Reduce maintenance costs for heating and hot water consumption – Reduce pollutant emissions from energy production, transport and consumption, leading to efficient use of energy resources The project meets the general objective of the Regional Operational Programme to “increase economic competitiveness and improve the living conditions of local and regional communities by supporting the development of the business environment, infrastructure conditions and services, ensuring a sustainable development of regions, capable of managing resources efficiently, exploiting their potential for innovation and uptake of technological progress” by increasing the energy efficiency of public buildings (learning to reduce annual energy consumption), contributing to the improvement of local energy consumption, contributing to the energy efficiency of public buildings (learning to reduce energy consumption) Through the works to be carried out the project will lead to a reduction of CO2 emissions and annual primary energy consumption, to increase the use of renewable energy, thus contributing to the achievement of thematic objective 4 – Supporting the transition towards a low carbon economy in all sectors.
