• Imbunatatirea competitivitatii economice prin cresterea productivitatii muncii si cresterea cotei de piata a DENTAL VISION CLINIC SRL in domeniul activitatilor de asistenta stomatologica. Prin proiectul propus se are in vedere dezvoltarea firmei prin crearea unei noi unitati de prestare servicii de diagnosticare si tratament stomatologic dotata cu echipamente specializate de ultima generatie care sa permita realizarea de servicii complete de asistenta stomatologica. Experienta acumulata din derularea activitatilor de asistenta stomatologica prin contactul direct cu pacientii, firmele furnizoare de aparatura medicala stomatologica si materiale sanitare, prin participarea la congrese de specialitate, au permis managementului firmei sa identifice necesitatile clientilor si acele avantaje competitive care sa-i permita mentinerea si cresterea pe piata serviciilor stomatologice. Avantajele competitive pe care le va obtine DENTAL VISION CLINIC SRL prin implementarea proiectului, fata de competitori, se vor concretiza in: - Echipamente medicale specializate, de ultima generatie, cu ajutorul carora vor putea fi realizate manopere dentare de mare precizie si finete, minim invazive, cu o recuperare rapida a pacientilor si cu un disconfort minim al acestora. - Posibilitatea de a oferi o gama completa de servicii stomatologice care sa atraga segmente variate de clientela - Posibilitatea de a oferi servicii de calitate adaptate la cerintele particulare ale fiecarui pacient, la preturi rezonabile - Oferirea unei valori cumulate ridicate a serviciilor printr-un mix bine gandit, ce reprezinta o combinatie optima si atractiva pentru cumparator, de calitate ridicata, pret convenabil, promptitudine, siguranta, aspect estetic ridicat si tehnici minim invazive. Realizarea investitiei va permite firmei sa raspunda mai bine necesitatilor pacientilor concretizate in: - Tratamente stomatologice minim invazive si cu recuperare rapida - Tratamente stomatologice complete si complexe, realizate in aceeasi clinica - Siguranta ridicata a interventiilor - Grad ridicat de confort oferit pacientilor - Reducere timpilor pentru interventiilor stomatologice realizate. • Improving economic competitiveness by increasing labor productivity and increasing the market share of DENTAL VISION CLINIC SRL in the field of dental care activities. The proposed project envisages the development of the company by creating a new unit for the provision of diagnostic and dental treatment services equipped with specialised equipment of the latest generation to enable the development of complete dental care services. The experience gained from carrying out dental care activities through direct contact with patients, companies providing dental equipment and sanitary materials, through participation in specialised congresses, allowed the company’s management to identify the clients’ needs and those competitive advantages that allow it to maintain and grow on the dental services market. The competitive advantages that DENTAL VISION CLINIC SRL will obtain through the implementation of the project, compared to competitors, will materialise in: — Specialised medical equipment, of the latest generation, with the help of which can be performed high precision and fine dental work, minimally invasive, with a rapid recovery of patients and minimal discomfort. — The possibility to offer a full range of dental services that attract various customer segments – The possibility to provide quality services tailored to the particular requirements of each patient, at reasonable prices – Offering a high cumulative value of services through a well thought-out mix, which represents an optimal and attractive combination for the buyer, of high quality, convenient price, promptness, safety, high aesthetic aspect and minimally invasive techniques. The realisation of the investment will allow the company to better respond to the needs of patients embodied in: — Minimally invasive dental treatments with rapid recovery – Complete and complex dental treatments, performed in the same clinic – High safety of interventions – High degree of comfort offered to patients – Reduction of the time for dental interventions performed.
