Obiectivul general al proiectului îl reprezinta dezvoltarea si cresterea competitivitaþii entitatii juridice SC Uma International SRL, prin cresterea productivitatii si diversificarea articolelor fabricate, contribuind astfel la dezvoltarea si modernizarea sectorului industrial de fabricare prin tricotare a articolelor de îmbracaminte, consolidarea mediului de afaceri din regiune, utilizarea resurselor locale, absorbþia surplusului de forþa de munca din regiune si realizarea unei activitaþi productive eficiente. Proiectul initiat de societatea SC Uma International SRL este in conformitate cu obiectivul specific al axei prioritare 2 ”Imbunatatirea competitivitatii intreprinderilor mici si mijlocii” si a prioritatii de investitii 2.2 – Sprijinirea creării și extinderea capacităților avansate de producție și dezvoltarea serviciilorale Programul Operational Regional 2014-2020, de consolidare a pozitiei pe piata a IMM-urilor in domenii competitive identificate in Strategia Nationala de Competitivitate. Societatea Uma International SRL este o intreprindere care doreste sa se dezvolte prin marirea capacitatii de productie, modernizarea procesului de productie din prezent, cresterea productivitatii si diversificarea produselor oferite clientilor. Produsele realizate in urma implementarii proiectului de investitii vor fi produse de calitate superioara si la un pret competitiv. Pentru realizarea lor se va utiliza o tehnologie noua si moderna, performanta si eficienta. Cresterea, diversificarea si imbunatatirea ofertei de produse garanteaza performanta activitatii societatii pe termen mediu si lung si consolidarea pozitiei ocupate de firma pe piata pe care activeaza. Realizarea proiectului de investitii propus de societatea Uma International SRL asigura dezvoltarea si continuitatea activitatii desfasurate, aspecte care vor conduce la cresterea capacitatii de a concura si la cresterea vanzarilor, contribuind astfel la consolidarea si dezvoltarea sectorului din care aceasta face parte. Aceste aspecte contribuie direct la atingerea obiectivului specific al Axei 2 PI 2.2 de consolidare a pozitiei pe piata a IMM-urilor in domenii competitive identificate in Strategia Nationala de Competitivitate. Implementarea proiectului de investitii va conduce la dezvoltarea societatii, cresterea numarului mediu de salariati, promovarea si asigurarea egalitatii de sanse si tratament, actiuni ce vor contribui la cresterea competitivitatii economiei regionale si crearea de locuri de munca si implicit la realizarea obiectivul general al POR 2014–2020 de crestere a competitivitatii economice si imbunatatire a conditiilor de viata ale comunitatilor localesi regionale prin sprijinirea dezvoltarii mediului de afaceri, a conditiilor infrastructurale si a serviciilor, care sa asigure o dezvoltare sustenabila a regiunilor, capabile sa gestioneze in mod eficient resursele, sa valorifice potentialul lor de inovare si de asimilare a progresului tehnologic . The general objective of the project is to develop and increase the competitiveness of the legal entity SC Uma International SRL, by increasing the productivity and diversification of manufactured items, thus contributing to the development and modernisation of the industrial sector of knitting fabrication of garments, strengthening the business environment in the region, using local resources, absorbing surplus labour in the region and achieving an efficient productive activity. The project initiated by SC Uma International SRL is in line with the specific objective of Priority Axis 2 “Improving the competitiveness of small and medium-sized enterprises” and of investment priority 2.2 – Supporting the creation and expansion of advanced production capacities and the development of services of the Regional Operational Programme 2014-2020, to strengthen the market position of SMEs in competitive areas identified in the National Competitiveness Strategy. Uma International SRL is an enterprise that wants to grow by increasing production capacity, modernising the production process today, increasing productivity and diversifying the products offered to customers. The products made after the implementation of the investment project will be high quality products and at a competitive price. For their realisation, a new and modern technology, performance and efficiency will be used. The growth, diversification and improvement of the product supply guarantees the performance of the company’s activity in the medium and long term and the consolidation of the position occupied by the company on the market in which it operates. The realisation of the investment project proposed by Uma International SRL ensures the development and continuity of the activity carried out, aspects that will increase the ability to compete and increase sales, thus contributing to the consolidation and development of the sector to which it belongs. These aspects contribute directly to achieving the specific objective of Axis 2 PI 2.2 of strengthening the market position of SMEs in competitive areas identified in the National Competitiveness Strategy. The implementation of the investment project will lead to the development of the company, to increase the average number of employees, to promote and ensure equal opportunities and treatment, actions that will contribute to increasing the competitiveness of the regional economy and creating jobs and thus to achieving the general objective of ROP 2014-2020 of increasing economic competitiveness and improving the living conditions of local and regional communities by supporting the development of the business environment, infrastructure conditions and services, ensuring a sustainable development of the regions, capable of efficiently managing resources, capitalising on their potential for innovation and assimilation of technological progress.
