Promovarera spiritului antreprenorial, in special prin facilitarea exploatarii economice a ideilor noi si prin incurajarea crearii de noi intreprinderi, inclusiv prin incubatoare de afaceri. This general objective of the project corresponds to the objective of Priority Axis 2. Improving the competitiveness of small and medium-sized enterprises, POR investment priority 2014-2020 2.1.
