Realizacja przedmiotowego projektu ma doprowadzić do wsparcia go usługą prorozwojową doradczą świadczoną przez IOB na rzecz MSP. Usługą ma być napisanie bardzo profesjonalnego dokumentu - biznes planu poparte wiedzą i doświadczeniem zewnętrznych ekspertów w tej dziedzinie w celu podjęcia się realizacji przedsięwzięcia polegającego na budowie budynku mieszczącego oddział w firmy w Białymstoku i specjalistycznej maszyn, urządzeń do świadczenia usług oraz produkcji elektroenergetycznych w przedsiębiorstwie PHU ANNA oraz uzyskania zewnętrznego finansowania inwestycji w postaci kredytu bankowego lub dotacji. Koszt opracowania profesjonalnego biznes planu jest dość wysoki i dlatego skorzystanie z usługi prorozwojowej - specjalistycznej usługi doradczej oraz skorzystania z wiedzy i doświadczeń wykwalifikowanych ekspertów jest szansą na precyzyjne zidentyfikowanie i zwiększenie szans powodzenia przedsięwzięcia, otrzymania kredytu oraz uniknięcia ryzyk, które dostrzeżone na etapie analiz i konstruowania wniosków w opracowaniu pozwolą firmie na wcześniejszą reakcję lub całkowite ich uniknięcie. Dokument jak i całe przedsięwzięcie stworzy szansę na zwiększenie konkurencyjności i efektywności prowadzonej przez Przedsiębiorstwo działalności. Zakłada się, iż usługa będzie dostosowana do indywidulanych potrzeb i specyfiki przedsiębiorstwa. The implementation of the project in question is to lead to supporting it with a pro-development consulting service provided by BEI for SMEs. The service is to write a very professional document - a business plan supported by the knowledge and experience of external experts in this field in order to undertake the implementation of the project consisting in the construction of a building housing a branch in Białystok and specialized machinery, equipment for the provision of services and power production at the PHU ANNA company and obtaining external financing of the investment in the form of a bank loan or subsidy. The cost of developing a professional business plan is quite high and therefore using a pro-development service - a specialized consulting service and using the knowledge and experience of qualified experts is a chance to precisely identify and increase the chances of success of the project, obtain a loan and avoid the risks that are noticed at the stage of analysis and construction the conclusions in the development will allow the company to react earlier or avoid them altogether. The document and the entire undertaking will create an opportunity to increase the competitiveness and effectiveness of the company's operations. It is assumed that the service will be adjusted to the individual needs and specificity of the enterprise. Task I: Purchase of a pro-development consulting service - Development of a business plan for the project supported by the knowledge and experience of experts in this field in order to maintain a competitive position on the domestic market of PHU ANNA. La mise en œuvre du projet est destinée à le soutenir par un service de promotion du développement fourni par l’IOB aux PME. Le service est de rédiger un document très professionnel — un plan d’affaires soutenu par les connaissances et l’expérience d’experts externes dans ce domaine afin d’entreprendre la mise en œuvre du projet consistant à la construction d’un bâtiment avec une succursale à Białystok et des machines spécialisées, des équipements pour la fourniture de services et la production d’électricité à PHU ANNA et l’obtention d’un financement externe d’investissements sous la forme d’un prêt bancaire ou d’une subvention. Le coût de l’élaboration d’un plan d’affaires professionnel est assez élevé et donc l’utilisation de services promotionnels — un service de conseil spécialisé et l’utilisation des connaissances et de l’expérience d’experts qualifiés est l’occasion d’identifier et d’augmenter avec précision les chances de succès de l’entreprise, d’obtenir des crédits et d’éviter les risques qui, lors de l’analyse et de la construction de propositions dans la préparation, permettront à l’entreprise de réagir à l’avance ou de les éviter complètement. Le document et l’ensemble du projet créeront l’occasion d’accroître la compétitivité et l’efficacité des activités de l’entreprise. On suppose que le service sera adapté aux besoins individuels et aux spécificités de l’entreprise. Activité I: Achat d’un service de conseil promotionnel — Élaboration d’un plan d’affaires d’une entreprise soutenue par les connaissances et l’expérience d’experts dans ce domaine afin de maintenir une position concurrentielle sur le marché intérieur de PHU ANNA. Mit der Durchführung des Projekts soll das Projekt durch einen Entwicklungsdienst unterstützt werden, der von der IOB für KMU bereitgestellt wird. Die Dienstleistung ist ein sehr professionelles Dokument zu schreiben – ein Businessplan, der durch das Wissen und die Erfahrung externer Experten in diesem Bereich unterstützt wird, um die Durchführung des Projekts durchzuführen, das aus dem Bau eines Gebäudes mit einer Niederlassung in Białystok und spezialisierter Maschinen, Ausrüstung für die Erbringung von Dienstleistungen und Stromproduktion in der PHU ANNA und dem Erhalt externer Finanzierung von Investitionen in Form eines Bankdarlehens oder eines Zuschusses besteht. Die Kosten für die Entwicklung eines professionellen Geschäftsplans sind recht hoch und daher die Nutzung von Werbedienstleistungen – ein spezialisierter Beratungsdienst und die Nutzung des Wissens und der Erfahrung qualifizierter Experten ist eine Gelegenheit, die Erfolgschancen des Unternehmens genau zu erkennen und zu erhöhen, Kredite zu erhalten und Risiken zu vermeiden, die es dem Unternehmen bei der Analyse und Erstellung von Vorschlägen in der Vorbereitung ermöglichen, im Voraus zu reagieren oder sie zu vermeiden. Das Dokument und das gesamte Projekt werden die Möglichkeit bieten, die Wettbewerbsfähigkeit und Effizienz der Aktivitäten des Unternehmens zu steigern. Es wird davon ausgegangen, dass die Dienstleistung auf die individuellen Bedürfnisse und Besonderheiten des Unternehmens zugeschnitten wird. Tätigkeit I: Kauf von Werbeberatung – Entwicklung eines Business-Plans eines Unternehmens, das durch das Wissen und die Erfahrung von Experten auf diesem Gebiet unterstützt wird, um eine Wettbewerbsposition auf dem Inlandsmarkt der PHU ANNA zu erhalten.
