| Property / summary: A joint call for the area where the project will be implemented is the initiation and continuation of cultural exchange and the protection of historical heritage through joint cultural events and the transfer of tradition to the younger generation. The main objective of the project will be to protect and promote cultural and historical heritage, strengthen cultural links and cooperation, improve the image and the attractiveness of the region and increasing the potential of local communities. The current cultural exchange between residents of cross-border regions does not exist practically. Each of the beneficiaries, in turn, conducts wide cultural activity based on elements of folk and historical traditions. In the Księżpol commune 9 ritual and musical groups gathering 140 people work actively, in Chervonograd 27 artistical groups work, they give concerts mainly in the local, some are known in the voivodeship and the country scale. The implementation of the project will allow residents of both regions to get acquainted with the cultural achievements of both project partners, with particular emphasis on cultural and historical heritage. The project mainly planned active activities involving common participation in workshops on culinary traditions, artistic traditions - singing, dancing, folk rituals, art and photographic workshops documenting objects of cultural and historical heritage.The main permanent product will be a common strategy of which the main assumption will be creation of permanent cooperation in the field of cultural exchange and protection of historical heritage. The B2 beneficiary will create an artistic group whose repertoire will be based mainly on traditional folk music. They will develop their repertoire as part of artistic workshops. The cooperation will consist in continuing the activities initiated in the project in the next years after the end of the project. Chaque bénéficiaire, à son tour, mène un large éventail d’activités culturelles basées sur des éléments de traditions folkloriques et historiques. Dans la municipalité de Księżpol 9 groupes rituels et musicaux rassemblant 140 personnes travaillent activement, à Czerwonograd il y a 27 groupes artistiques, principalement dans la région, certains sont connus dans la province et l’échelle du pays. La mise en œuvre du projet permettra aux habitants des deux régions de se familiariser avec les réalisations culturelles des deux partenaires du projet, en mettant particulièrement l’accent sur le patrimoine culturel et historique. Hauptziel des Projekts ist der Schutz und die Förderung des kulturellen und historischen Erbes, die Stärkung der kulturellen Bindungen und die Zusammenarbeit, die Verbesserung des Images und der Attraktivität der Region und die Stärkung des Potenzials der lokalen Gemeinschaften. Es gibt praktisch keinen aktuellen kulturellen Austausch zwischen Menschen in grenzübergreifenden Regionen. Jeder Begünstigte wiederum führt eine breite Palette von kulturellen Aktivitäten auf der Grundlage von Elementen der Volks- und historischen Traditionen durch. In der Gemeinde Księżpol 9 Ritual-und Musikgruppen, die 140 Menschen aktiv arbeiten, in Czerwonograd gibt es 27 künstlerische Gruppen, vor allem in der Region, einige sind in der Provinz und dem Maßstab des Landes bekannt. Die Umsetzung des Projekts wird es den Bewohnern beider Regionen ermöglichen, sich mit den kulturellen Errungenschaften der beiden Projektpartner vertraut zu machen, wobei der Schwerpunkt auf dem kulturellen und historischen Erbe liegt. En el municipio de Księżpol 9 grupos rituales y musicales que reúnen a 140 personas trabajan activamente, en Czerwonograd hay 27 grupos artísticos, principalmente en la zona, algunos son conocidos en la provincia y la escala del país. La ejecución del proyecto permitirá a los habitantes de ambas regiones conocer los logros culturales de los dos socios del proyecto, prestando especial atención al patrimonio cultural e histórico. A joint call for the area where the project will be implemented is the initiation and continuation of cultural exchange and the protection of historical heritage through joint cultural events and the transfer of tradition to the younger generation. The main objective of the project will be to protect and promote cultural and historical heritage, strengthen cultural links and cooperation, improve the image and the attractiveness of the region and increasing the potential of local communities. The current cultural exchange between residents of cross-border regions does not exist practically. Each of the beneficiaries, in turn, conducts wide cultural activity based on elements of folk and historical traditions. In the Księżpol commune 9 ritual and musical groups gathering 140 people work actively, in Chervonograd 27 artistical groups work, they give concerts mainly in the local, some are known in the voivodeship and the country scale. The implementation of the project will allow residents of both regions to get acquainted with the cultural achievements of both project partners, with particular emphasis on cultural and historical heritage. Wspólnym zaproszeniem dla obszaru, w którym projekt będzie realizowany, jest inicjowanie i kontynuacja wymiany kulturalnej oraz ochrona dziedzictwa historycznego poprzez wspólne wydarzenia kulturalne i przekazywanie tradycji młodszemu pokoleniu. Głównym celem projektu będzie ochrona i promowanie dziedzictwa kulturowego i historycznego, wzmocnienie więzi kulturowych i współpracy, poprawa wizerunku i atrakcyjności regionu oraz zwiększenie potencjału społeczności lokalnych. Obecna wymiana kulturalna między mieszkańcami regionów transgranicznych nie istnieje praktycznie. Każdy z beneficjentów prowadzi z kolei szeroką działalność kulturalną opartą na elementach tradycji ludowej i historycznej. W gminie Księżpol 9 grup rytualnych i muzycznych gromadzących 140 osób aktywnie pracuje, w Czerwonogradzie pracuje 27 grup artystycznych, koncertują głównie w okolicy, niektóre znane są w województwie i skali kraju. Realizacja projektu pozwoli mieszkańcom obu regionów zapoznać się z osiągnięciami kulturalnymi obu partnerów projektu, ze szczególnym uwzględnieniem dziedzictwa kulturowego i historycznego. Projekt planował przede wszystkim aktywne działania obejmujące wspólny udział w warsztatach z zakresu tradycji kulinarnych, tradycji artystycznych – śpiewu, tańca, rytuałów ludowych, warsztatów artystycznych i fotograficznych dokumentujących obiekty dziedzictwa kulturowego i historycznego. Głównym stałym produktem będzie wspólna strategia, której głównym założeniem będzie stworzenie stałej współpracy w zakresie wymiany kulturalnej i ochrony dziedzictwa historycznego. Beneficjent B2 stworzy grupę artystyczną, której repertuar będzie oparty głównie na tradycyjnej muzyce ludowej. Będą rozwijać swój repertuar w ramach warsztatów artystycznych. L’invitation conjointe à la zone où le projet sera mis en œuvre est l’initiation et la poursuite des échanges culturels et la préservation du patrimoine historique à travers des manifestations culturelles communes et le transfert des traditions à la jeune génération. L’objectif principal du projet sera de protéger et de promouvoir le patrimoine culturel et historique, de renforcer les liens culturels et la coopération, d’améliorer l’image et l’attractivité de la région et d’accroître le potentiel des communautés locales. Il n’y a pratiquement pas d’échanges culturels entre personnes dans les régions transfrontalières. Chaque bénéficiaire, à son tour, mène un large éventail d’activités culturelles basées sur des éléments de traditions folkloriques et historiques. Dans la municipalité de Księżpol 9 groupes rituels et musicaux rassemblant 140 personnes travaillent activement, à Czerwonograd il y a 27 groupes artistiques, principalement dans la région, certains sont connus dans la province et l’échelle du pays. La mise en œuvre du projet permettra aux habitants des deux régions de se familiariser avec les réalisations culturelles des deux partenaires du projet, en mettant particulièrement l’accent sur le patrimoine culturel et historique. Le projet prévoyait principalement des activités actives impliquant une participation conjointe à des ateliers sur les traditions culinaires, les traditions artistiques — chant, danse, rituels folkloriques, ateliers artistiques et photographiques documentant des objets du patrimoine culturel et historique. Le principal produit permanent sera une stratégie commune dont l’objectif principal sera la création d’une coopération permanente en matière d’échanges culturels et la protection du patrimoine historique. Le bénéficiaire B2 créera un groupe artistique dont le répertoire sera principalement basé sur la musique folklorique traditionnelle. Ils développeront leur répertoire dans le cadre d’ateliers artistiques. La coopération consistera à poursuivre les activités entamées dans le cadre du projet dans les années à venir après la fin du projet. Die gemeinsame Einladung in den Bereich, in dem das Projekt durchgeführt wird, ist die Initiierung und Fortsetzung des kulturellen Austauschs und die Erhaltung des historischen Erbes durch gemeinsame kulturelle Veranstaltungen und den Transfer von Traditionen an die jüngere Generation. Hauptziel des Projekts ist der Schutz und die Förderung des kulturellen und historischen Erbes, die Stärkung der kulturellen Bindungen und die Zusammenarbeit, die Verbesserung des Images und der Attraktivität der Region und die Stärkung des Potenzials der lokalen Gemeinschaften. Es gibt praktisch keinen aktuellen kulturellen Austausch zwischen Menschen in grenzübergreifenden Regionen. Jeder Begünstigte wiederum führt eine breite Palette von kulturellen Aktivitäten auf der Grundlage von Elementen der Volks- und historischen Traditionen durch. In der Gemeinde Księżpol 9 Ritual-und Musikgruppen, die 140 Menschen aktiv arbeiten, in Czerwonograd gibt es 27 künstlerische Gruppen, vor allem in der Region, einige sind in der Provinz und dem Maßstab des Landes bekannt. Die Zusammenarbeit wird darin bestehen, die im Rahmen des Projekts in den kommenden Jahren nach dem Ende des Projekts begonnenen Aktivitäten fortzusetzen. De gezamenlijke uitnodiging voor het gebied waar het project zal worden uitgevoerd, is het initiëren en voortzetten van culturele uitwisselingen en het behoud van historisch erfgoed door middel van gezamenlijke culturele evenementen en de overdracht van tradities aan de jongere generatie. De belangrijkste doelstelling van het project is het beschermen en bevorderen van cultureel en historisch erfgoed, het versterken van culturele banden en samenwerking, het verbeteren van het imago en de aantrekkelijkheid van de regio en het vergroten van het potentieel van lokale gemeenschappen. Er is praktisch geen culturele uitwisseling tussen mensen in grensoverschrijdende regio’s. Elke begunstigde verricht op zijn beurt een breed scala aan culturele activiteiten op basis van elementen van volks- en historische tradities. In de gemeente Księżpol 9 rituele en muzikale groepen waar 140 mensen actief aan het werk zijn, in Czerwonograd zijn er 27 artistieke groepen, voornamelijk in het gebied, sommige zijn bekend in de provincie en de schaal van het land. De uitvoering van het project zal de inwoners van beide regio’s in staat stellen kennis te maken met de culturele verworvenheden van de twee projectpartners, met bijzondere aandacht voor cultureel en historisch erfgoed. Het project was voornamelijk gericht op actieve activiteiten, waaronder gezamenlijke deelname aan workshops over culinaire tradities, artistieke tradities — zang, dans, volksrituelen, artistieke en fotografische workshops waarin culturele en historische erfgoedobjecten worden gedocumenteerd. Het belangrijkste permanente product zal een gemeenschappelijke strategie zijn, met als hoofddoel de totstandbrenging van permanente samenwerking op het gebied van culturele uitwisselingen en de bescherming van het historisch erfgoed. Begunstigde B2 zal een artistieke groep creëren waarvan het repertoire voornamelijk gebaseerd zal zijn op traditionele volksmuziek. L'invito congiunto all'area in cui sarà realizzato il progetto è l'avvio e la continuazione degli scambi culturali e la conservazione del patrimonio storico attraverso eventi culturali congiunti e il trasferimento di tradizioni alle giovani generazioni. L'obiettivo principale del progetto sarà proteggere e promuovere il patrimonio culturale e storico, rafforzare i legami culturali e la cooperazione, migliorare l'immagine e l'attrattiva della regione e migliorare il potenziale delle comunità locali. Nelle regioni transfrontaliere non esiste praticamente alcuno scambio culturale attuale. Ogni beneficiario, a sua volta, svolge una vasta gamma di attività culturali basate su elementi di tradizioni popolari e storiche. Nel comune di Księżpol 9 gruppi rituali e musicali che riuniscono 140 persone lavorano attivamente, a Czerwonograd ci sono 27 gruppi artistici, principalmente nella zona, alcuni sono conosciuti nella provincia e nella scala del paese. L'attuazione del progetto consentirà agli abitanti di entrambe le regioni di conoscere i risultati culturali dei due partner del progetto, con particolare attenzione al patrimonio culturale e storico. Prácticamente no existe ningún intercambio cultural actual entre personas en las regiones transfronterizas. Cada beneficiario, a su vez, lleva a cabo una amplia gama de actividades culturales basadas en elementos de tradiciones populares e históricas. En el municipio de Księżpol 9 grupos rituales y musicales que reúnen a 140 personas trabajan activamente, en Czerwonograd hay 27 grupos artísticos, principalmente en la zona, algunos son conocidos en la provincia y la escala del país. La ejecución del proyecto permitirá a los habitantes de ambas regiones conocer los logros culturales de los dos socios del proyecto, prestando especial atención al patrimonio cultural e histórico. El proyecto preveía principalmente actividades activas que implicaban la participación conjunta en talleres sobre tradiciones culinarias, tradiciones artísticas — canto, danza, rituales folclóricos, talleres artísticos y fotográficos que documentan objetos culturales e históricos. El principal producto permanente será una estrategia conjunta, cuyo principal objetivo será la creación de una cooperación permanente en materia de intercambios culturales y la protección del patrimonio histórico. El beneficiario B2 creará un grupo artístico cuyo repertorio se basará principalmente en la música folclórica tradicional. Desarrollarán su repertorio como parte de talleres artísticos. La cooperación consistirá en continuar las actividades iniciadas en el marco del proyecto en los próximos años tras el final del proyecto.
