    IN TUSCANY, AS IN EUROPE, THE PREVALENCE OF GMOS IS PERCEIVED AS A PRIORITY RISK TO THE CONSERVATION OF THE ENVIRONMENT AND AGRI-FOOD. THE AIM OF THE PROJECT IS TO DEVELOP AN INTEGRATED PLATFORM OF PLASMA SYSTEMS (OPTICAL SENSORS) FOR THE SEARCH FOR TRANSGENHE AND/OR PROTEIN DNA SEQUENCES AT THE TRANSGENOSI EVENT IN ORGANISMS (GMOS) AND GENETICALLY MODIFIED MICRO-ORGANISMS (GMM) OF ENVIRONMENTAL INTEREST. THE VARIOUS PLASMONIC SYSTEMS THAT THE PROJECT AIMS TO DEVELOP ARE AS FOLLOWS: (I) THE PLASMONICA IMAGING SENSOR BIO-BASED SENSOR (SPRI), (II) A COLORIMETRIC CELL BASED ON THE USE OF PLASMONIC NANOPARTICLES, III) A RAMAN SPECTROSCOPY PLATFORM AMPLIFIED BY SURFACES (SERS) BASED ON (SERS) HYBRID SILVER NANOSTRUCTURED/GRAPHENE SUBSTRATES FOR L? ANALYSIS OF THE TARGET ANALYTES WITHOUT THE USE OF SPECIFIC RECEPTORS. AS A RESULT, INNOVATIVE PLASMA SYSTEMS OF GROWING INTEREST ARE INTENDED TO BE COUPLED IN PRACTICE. (English)
