Projekt strategického řízení v prostředí umělecké veřejné vysoké školy povede k jasně definované strategii systémového řízení sdílené napříč institucí. Tato strategie se bude opírat o jasně stanovené dlouhodobé cíle i směry rozvoje, které vyplynou z analýzy silných a slabých stránek v jednotlivých oblastech činnosti instituce a bude definovat účinné motivační nástroje pro zvýšení aktivity širší akademické obce při formulaci strategických cílů v oblasti řízení i jejich naplnění. A strategic management project in an open school environment will lead to a clearly defined strategy of systemic management shared across the institution. This strategy will be underpinned by clearly defined long-term objectives and development paths that will emerge from the analysis of strengths and weaknesses in the different areas of the institution’s activities and will define effective incentives to increase the activity of the wider academic community in the formulation of strategic management objectives and their fulfilment.
