Cílem projektu je oprava a modernizace bytového domu za účelem zlepšení tepelně-technických parametrů stavebních konstrukcí bytového domu, což povede ke zvýšení energetické účinnosti,dojde k úsporám energie na vytápění, tím dojde ke snížení nákladů na bydlení pro obyvatele domů. Ve spojení s celkovou estetizací fasády povedou navržená opatření i ke zvýšení komfortu a bezpečnosti bydlení obyvatel a prodloužení životnosti předmětné nemovistosti. (Czech)

The aim of the project is to repair and modernise the apartment building in order to improve the thermal-technical parameters of the building construction of the apartment building, which will lead to an increase in energy efficiency, saving energy for heating, thereby reducing housing costs for residents of the houses. In conjunction with the overall aestheticisation of the façade, the proposed measures will also lead to increased comfort and safety of housing of the inhabitants and extending the life of the property.
