L'opération consiste en l'aménagement de la section 3 de la voie verte sur la route des sanguinaires RD 111. Il s'agit de créer une voie verte de 3m de large dédiée aux piétons, aux cyclistes, et aux véhicules non motorisés. La RD 111, route des sanguinaires, est une route départementale qui relie la ville d'Ajaccio au Grand Site Touristique de la Parata et des Iles Sanguinaires. Elle dessert également de nombreuses plages, de nombreux équipements touristiques (paillotes, restaurants, commerces...) ainsi que des zones d'habitats qui s'y trouvent. Il s'agit par ailleurs d'un axe très fréquenté pour les loisirs (jogging, marche, vélo...). Le cumul des vitesses excessives, du stationnement anarchique et de l'absence d'aménagement le long de la voie révèle le caractère fortement accidentogène de la RD 111. Le Projet de l'ex Conseil Départemental consiste donc à créer une voie verte sur la RD 111 (9,650 km) proposant ainsi aux usagers des modes doux sur un axe sécurisé ; en effet, il est prévu des aménagements routiers complémentaires au projet : élargissement de la chaussée, parkings, schéma paysager.... Au regard des enjeux de sécurité et des contraintes foncières et environnementales, l'opération a été divisée en 5 sections : - section 1 : Résidence des Iles - Crêtes - section 2 : Crêtes - Barbicaja - Santa Lina - section 3 : Santa Lina - Scudo - section 4 : Trottel - Résidence des Iles - section 5 : Scudo - Parata Les sections 1, 2, 3 seront réalisées sur ce FEDER. The operation consists of the development of Section 3 of the Green Lane on the RD 111 bloodthirsty road. The goal is to create a 3 m wide green lane dedicated to pedestrians, cyclists, and non-motorised vehicles. The RD 111, road of the bloodthirsty, is a departmental road that connects the city of Ajaccio to the Grand Tourist Site of La Parata and the Sanguinaires Islands. It also serves many beaches, numerous tourist facilities (paillotes, restaurants, shops, etc.) as well as areas of habitat there. It is also a busy axis for leisure activities (jogging, walking, cycling...). The accumulation of excessive speeds, anarchic parking, and lack of layout along the track reveals the highly accidental nature of RD 111. The project of the former Departmental Council therefore consists of creating a green track on RD 111 (9.650 km) thus offering users soft modes on a secure axis; in fact, road improvements are planned to complement the project: widening of the road, parking, landscape diagram.... With regard to security issues and land and environmental constraints, the operation was divided into 5 sections: — Section 1: Residence of the Islands – Crete – Section 2: Ridges – Barbicaja – Santa Lina – section 3: Santa Lina – Scudo – section 4: Trottel – Residence of the Islands – Section 5: Scudo – Parata Sections 1, 2, 3 will be carried out on this ERDF.
