    Plateforme technologique "Le conseiller touristique numérique intelligent" qui s'inscrit dans une démarche de dématérialisation de l'information touristique, utilisant de la data normée et de l'intelligence artificielle. Cette plateforme permettra de délivrer des "expériences clients" à la demande 24h/24 h - 7 jours/7 jours mais aussi permettra de mettre en place de véritable stratégie de la gestion relation client pour les opérateurs touristiques du territoire. Cette plateforme sera accessible sur des vitrines numériques positionnées en façade des Offices de Tourisme ou sur des lieux touristiques à forte fréquentation. Elle sera aussi accessible à partir d'une application smartphone, sous forme d'un widget intégré dans les outils communautaires (skype, facebook) et facile d'intégration sur les sites internet touristiques.
