The project “Centre d’Affaires dans les Quartiers — Rehabilitation” is to organise and arrange (through the purchase of furniture and miscellaneous equipment) two separate sites (one in Melun and one at Dammarie les Lys) for the purpose of hosting economic activities. The aim of the project is therefore to encourage the establishment of external companies and the creation of endogenous activities, and to stimulate the desire for entrepreneurship among job-seekers, the inactive and young people, particularly in the priority areas of the city’s policy.
