Przedmiotem projektu jest adaptacja zdegradowanego budynku mieszkalnego przy ul.Dworcowej 33 w Knurowie na potrzeby utworzenia Centrum Wsparcia Inicjatyw Społecznych MOPS Knurów, poprzez które realizowany będzie komplementarny projekt EFS. Zakres rzeczowy obejmuje remont budynku z wymianą instalacji elektrycznej, wod-kan, co wraz z wymianą kotła, docieplenie dachu, wymiana stolarki okiennej i drzwiowej oraz zagospodarowanie obejścia wokół budynku. Łączna powierzchnia budynku poddanego rewitalizacji wyniesie 286,95 m2. W ramach projektu przewiduje się także rewitalizację skweru miejskiego, położonego nieopodal planowanego Centrum, celem udostępnienia przestrzeni do aktywizacji społecznej i integracji społeczności lokalnej. Modernizacja skweru obejmie przebudowę chodników, nasadzenie zieleni, montaż małej architektury, ogrodzenia, oświetlenia oraz budowę placu zabaw z siłownią zewnętrzną. (Polish)

The subject of the project is the adaptation of the degraded residential building at ul. Dworcowa 33 in Knurów for the purpose of establishing the Support Centre for Social Initiatives MOPS Knurów, through which a complementary ESF project will be implemented. The material scope includes the renovation of the building with the replacement of electrical installations, water and sewer, which together with the replacement of the boiler, roof warming, replacement of window and door carpentry and installation of the bypass around the building. The total area of the revitalised building will be 286.95 m². The project also envisages revitalisation of the urban square, located near the planned Centre, in order to make space available for social activation and integration of the local community. Modernisation of the square will include redevelopment of pavements, planting greenery, installation of small architecture, fences, lighting and construction of a playground with an external gym.
