Projekt „Twoje życie – Twój wybór” kierowany jest do 120 mieszkańców z terenu powiatu Piekary Śląskie – osób i rodzin zagrożonych ubóstwem i wykluczeniem społecznym w tym osób niepełnosprawnych, bezrobotnych, poszukujących pracy oraz nieaktywnych zawodowo. Projekt zakłada podejmowanie kompleksowych działań aktywnej integracji o charakterze społecznym i zawodowym, skierowanych do osób korzystających z pomocy społecznej. Będzie realizowany w okresie od 01.01.2015r. do 31.12.2020r. Działania projektowe będą skoncentrowane na terenie powiatu. (Polish)

The project “Your Life – Your Choice” is directed to 120 inhabitants from the Piekary Śląskie district – people and families at risk of poverty and social exclusion, including people with disabilities, unemployed, job seekers and inactive people. The project involves undertaking comprehensive activities of active social and professional integration aimed at people benefiting from social assistance. It will be implemented in the period from 01.01.2015 to 31.12.2020. Project activities will be concentrated on the territory of the county. (English)
