Przedmiotem projektu jest modernizacja oświetlenia ulicznego w Knurowie przy ulicach 1 Maja, Szpitalnej oraz 26 Stycznia. Energochłonne, nieefektywne i nieekologiczne oprawy sodowe zostaną wymienione na nowoczesne oprawy typu LED z możliwością redukcji natężenia w godzinach nocnych. Wymieniona zostanie także część słupów będących w złym stanie technicznym (betonowe słupy OŻ zostaną wymienione na nowe stalowe ocynkowane). Ogółem w ramach projektu na 211 słupach (modernizowanych energetycznie punktach oświetleniowych) zamontowanych zostanie 280 nowych opraw typu LED o mocach 139/99W, 106/75W oraz 38W. Realizacja projektu poprawi efektywność energetyczną przedmiotowej infrastruktury oświetleniowej o 39,47% (roczna oszczędność zużycia energii elektrycznej - 68,556 MWh), pozwoli też na uniknięcie emisji CO2 na poziomie 57,0 t/rok. Projekt pozwoli na uzyskanie wymiernych efektów ekologicznych, a także ekonomicznych poprzez obniżenie kosztów eksploatacji oświetlenia ulicznego. (Polish)

The subject of the project is the modernisation of street lighting in Knurów on the streets of 1 May, Hospital and 26 January. Energy-intensive, inefficient and non-organic sodium fixtures will be replaced with modern LED fixtures with the possibility of reducing intensity during the night. Some of the columns that are in poor technical condition will also be replaced (concrete shafts will be replaced with new galvanised steel). In total, 280 new LED luminaires with 139/99W, 106/75 W and 38 W will be installed on 211 columns (energy upgraded lighting points). The implementation of the project will improve the energy efficiency of the lighting infrastructure in question by 39.47 % (annual saving of electricity consumption – 68.556 MWh), and will avoid CO2 emissions of 57.0 t/year. The project will allow for measurable environmental and economic effects by reducing the cost of operating street lighting. (English)
