Celem Projektu jest stworzenie lepszych warunków kształcenia zawodowego i ustawicznego poprzez podjęcie działań zmierzających do zwiększenia atrakcyjności oferty edukacyjnej Centrum Kształcenia Praktycznego i Zespołu Szkół Ponadgimnazjalnych nr 2 dostosowanej do potrzeb rynku pracy. Przebudowa pracowni i zakup sprzętu dydaktycznego ww. szkół ma na celu poprawę warunków kształcenia. Cel projektu to także poszerzenie oferty edukacyjnej obydwu placówek oświatowych, wskazując obecnym jak i przyszłym uczniom nowoczesne formy kształcenia, oparte przede wszystkim na zdobyciu niezbędnej wiedzy i umiejętności praktycznych. Projekt zakłada również zakup sprzętu IT. Dzięki wykorzystania technologii TIK, innowacyjnego sprzętu do nauki czynności manualnych, uczeń/abiturient będzie mógł wejść na rynek pracy posiadając konkretne umiejętności zawodowe, jak również podjąć dalsze kształcenie, zgodnie z profilem wyuczonego zawodu. Ponadto projekt zakłada przebudowę i wyposażenie internatu, w którym zamieszkuje młodzież ucząca się w placówkach zlokalizowanych na terenie Miasta Tarnobrzega - uczniowie spoza terenu Miasta Tarnobrzega. Osoby te to w większości młodzież zamieszkująca tereny wiejskie, która ma trudny dostęp w zakresie dojazdu do szkół na lekcje i zajęcia dydaktyczne. Należy wskazać, że budynek internatu wymaga przebudowy oraz wymiany wyposażenia, które jest już bardzo zużyte, bowiem pochodzi z lat 90 - tych ubiegłego stulecia i nie odpowiada ogólnie przyjętym standardom mieszkalnictwa. Ponadto należy zauważyć, że ww. placówki oświatowe dysponują pomocami naukowymi oraz sprzętem IT, które sklasyfikować można jako bardzo stare i nie odpowiadające obecnym standardom nauczania (komputery z lat 1999-2007, specyficzne urządzenia techniczne do nauki zawodu liczą sobie 20-30 lat). Dlatego też istnieje konieczność zakupu nowoczesnego sprzętu i urządzeń oraz wykonanie przebudowy celem dostosowania pracowni i klasopracowni do obowiązujących standardów. (Polish)

The aim of the project is to create better conditions for vocational and continuing training by taking measures aimed at increasing the attractiveness of the educational offer of the Centre for Practical Training and High Schools No. 2 tailored to the needs of the labour market. The conversion of the workshop and the purchase of teaching equipment of the above schools are aimed at improving the conditions of education. The aim of the project is also to broaden the educational offer of both educational institutions, pointing out to present and future pupils modern forms of education, based primarily on gaining the necessary knowledge and practical skills. The project also includes the purchase of IT equipment. Thanks to the use of ICT technology, innovative manual learning equipment, the student/abiturient will be able to enter the labour market with specific professional skills, as well as further training, according to the profile of the learned profession. In addition, the project involves the reconstruction and equipment of the boarding school, in which young people live in schools located in the town of Tarnobrzeg – students from outside Tarnobrzeg. These people are mostly young people who live in rural areas, who have difficult access to schools for classes and teaching activities. It should be pointed out that the boarding house requires reconstruction and replacement of equipment that is already very worn, as it dates back to the 90s – those of the last century and does not conform to generally accepted housing standards. In addition, it should be noted that these educational establishments have scientific aids and IT equipment, which can be classified as very old and not conforming to current teaching standards (computers from 1999-2007, specific technical devices for vocational training are 20-30 years old). Therefore, it is necessary to purchase modern equipment and equipment and carry out conversions in order to adapt the workshop and classrooms to the existing standards. (English)
