Celem projektu jest stworzenie lepszych warunków kształcenia zawodowego i ustawicznego poprzez przebudowę infrastruktury dydaktycznej Zespołu Szkół im. Ks. Stanisława Staszica oraz Zespołu Szkół Ponadgimnazjalnych nr 3 wraz z zakupem wyposażenia dla pracowni technicznych i zawodowych. Ww. inwestycja ma na celu dostosowanie istniejącej infrastruktury do aktualnych standardów edukacyjnych jak również przekształcenie oferty ww. placówek do potrzeb rynku pracy. Beneficjent mając na celu poprawę dostępności i jakości regionalnej infrastruktury szkolnictwa zawodowego włączył do projektu dwie najczęściej wybierane przez uczniów miasta oraz powiatu placówki edukacyjne o profilu technicznym. Ze względu na wiek oraz stan techniczny ww. szkół, beneficjent postanowił ująć w zakresie inwestycji prace budowlane w pomieszczeniach dydaktycznych oraz budowlano-adaptacyjne w salach przeznaczonych do edukacji zawodowej. Ponadto w celu dostosowania oferty edukacyjnej do aktualnych standardów oraz w celu kształcenia specjalistów odpowiadających aktualnym wymogom pracodawców w ramach zakresu rzeczowego założone zostały dostawy specjalistycznego sprzętu dla doposażenia oraz całkowitego wyposażenia powstających oraz istniejących pracowni technicznych i zawodowych. Ponadto Beneficjent założył w projekcie prace termomodernizacyjne przedmiotowych placówek edukacyjnych mające na celu poprawę wydajności energetycznej. Wszystkie założone w ramach projektu prace mają na celu dostosowanie do potrzeb regionu infrastruktury edukacyjnej z odpowiednio wykwalifikowaną kadrą specjalistów poszukiwanych na rynku pracy. The aim of the project is to create better conditions for vocational and continuing training through the reconstruction of the educational infrastructure of the Fr. Stanisława Staszica and the High School Complex No. 3 together with the purchase of equipment for technical and professional workshops. The above-mentioned investment aims to adapt the existing infrastructure to the current educational standards as well as to transform the offer of these institutions to the needs of the labour market. With the aim of improving the accessibility and quality of regional vocational education infrastructure, the beneficiary has included in the project the two most-selected educational institutions of the city and the county with a technical profile. Due to the age and technical condition of the above schools, the beneficiary decided to include construction works in educational and building-adaptation rooms in rooms for professional education in the area of investment. In addition, in order to bring the educational offer into line with current standards and to train professionals in line with the current requirements of employers within the scope of the matter, the provision of specialised equipment for retrofitting and complete equipment for emerging and existing technical and professional laboratories was established. In addition, the beneficiary established in the project the thermomodernisation work of these educational establishments aimed at improving energy efficiency. All the work undertaken within the project aims at adapting to the needs of the region’s educational infrastructure with appropriately qualified staff of professionals sought on the labour market.
