Głównym celem projektu jest aktywizacja społecznozawodowa 70 osób 42K zagrożonych ubóstwem lub wykluczeniem społecznym w tym mi 50 UP zakwalifikowanych do III profilu pomocy, z obszaru Powiatu Nowosądeckiego, poprzez wzmocnienie ich szans na rynku pracy dzięki kompleksowemu, zindywidualizowanemu wsparciu dostosowanemu do potrzeb i oczekiwań poszczególnych osób w okresie od 2018 do 2019 r.Grupą docelową ostatecznymi odbiorcami wsparcia projektu będzie 70 uczestników 42K zagrożonych ubóstwem lub wykluczeniem społecznym z terenu Powiatu Nowosądeckiego. Ostatecznymi odbiorcami wsparcia będą: osoby lub rodziny zagrożone ubóstwem lub wykluczeniem społecznym, które w pierwszej kolejności wymagają aktywizacji społecznej w tym w szczególności: osoby doświadczające wielokrotnego wykluczenia społecznego, osoby korzystające z PO Pomoc Żywnościowa. W ramach projektu po przeprowadzeniu analizy potrzeb i potencjału przez doradcę zawodowego i psychologa każdemu uczestnikowi zostanie wyznaczona indywidualna ścieżka rozwoju min. 3 formy wspar., w pierwszej kolejności uczestnicy będą korzystać ze wsparcia kompetencji społecznych treningi kompet., wsparcie psychologiczne, warsztaty wyjazdowe, wsparcie psychoterapeuty. Ponadto każdy uczestnik zostanie objęty wsparciem sp. ds. Indywidualnej ścieżki rozwoju, który będzie mu towarzyszył podczas realizacji ścieżki w ramach projektu. Ponadto w ramach aktywizacji zawodowej uczestnicy będą objęci szkoleniami z zakresu ICT, podnoszącymi kwalifikacjekompetencje oraz 6 miesięcznymi stażami zawod. Uczestnikom zostanie zapewniony zwrot kosztów dojazdu, stypendium szkoleniowestażowe, materiały szkoleniowe. (Polish)

The main objective of the project is to activate the socio-occupational activity of 70 42K people at risk of poverty or social exclusion, including mi 50 UP qualified for the third aid profile, in the area of the New Judicial District, by strengthening their employability through comprehensive, individualised support tailored to the needs and expectations of individuals between 2018 and 2019.The target group of the project will be 70 participants in 42K at risk of poverty or social exclusion from the area of the PJEU. The final recipients of the support will be: persons or families at risk of poverty or social exclusion who require social activation in the first place, including in particular: persons experiencing multiple social exclusion, persons benefiting from the Food Aid PO. As part of the project, after an analysis of needs and potential by a professional adviser and psychologist, each participant will be assigned an individual development path of at least 3 forms of support, first of all, participants will benefit from the support of social competence trainings, psychological support, away workshops, psychotherapist support. In addition, each participant will be supported by sp. ds. An individual development path that will accompany it during the implementation of the project path. In addition, as part of professional activation, participants will be included in ICT training, improving skills and 6 months of professional internships. L’objectif principal du projet est l’activation socio-professionnelle de 70 personnes de 42 000 personnes exposées au risque de pauvreté ou d’exclusion sociale, dont 50 UP qualifiées pour le troisième profil d’aide, de la zone du district de Nowosądecki, en renforçant leur employabilité grâce à un soutien complet et personnalisé adapté aux besoins et aux attentes des personnes au cours de la période 2018-2019. Le groupe cible des bénéficiaires finaux du soutien du projet sera de 70 participants 42 000 personnes exposées au risque de pauvreté ou d’exclusion sociale du district de Nowosądecki. Les bénéficiaires finaux de l’aide seront les suivants: les personnes ou familles exposées au risque de pauvreté ou d’exclusion sociale qui nécessitent d’abord une activation sociale, notamment: les personnes confrontées à de multiples exclusions sociales, les personnes bénéficiant du PO d’aide alimentaire. Dans le cadre du projet, après avoir effectué une analyse des besoins et du potentiel par un conseiller de carrière et psychologue, chaque participant se verra attribuer un parcours individuel de développement, au moins 3 formes de soutien. En premier lieu, les participants bénéficieront du soutien de la formation de compétences sociales compet., soutien psychologique, ateliers sortants, soutien du psychothérapeute. En outre, chaque participant sera soutenu par sp. ds. Le parcours de développement individuel qui l’accompagnera lors de la mise en œuvre du parcours dans le cadre du projet. En outre, dans le cadre de l’activation de la profession, les participants seront couverts par une formation aux TIC, une formation de compétences et des stages de 6 mois. Les participants recevront le remboursement des frais de voyage, des bourses de formation et du matériel de formation. (French)
