Przedmiotem projektu jest budowa ośrodka i wyposażenie wielofunkcyjnej infrastruktury turystycznorekreacyjnej przez sp. Gorczańskie Zacisze .Zakres rzeczowy projektu obejmuje realizację robót budowlanych budynku A i budynku B, zagospodarowanie terenu, a także zakup środków trwałych i wyposażenia. Poszczególne zadania w projekcie to:Zad 1 Roboty budowlane.Zad 2 Zagospodarowanie terenu.Zad 3 Zakup środków trwałych i wyposażenia.Zad 4 Koszty pośrednie rzeczywiste.W ramach ww. zadań koszty związane z poddaszem budynków A i B, które będą przeznaczone na bazę noclegową, zostały ujęte jako koszty niekwalifikowane. Proporcje zostały wyliczone na podstawie powierzchni poszczególnych pomieszczeń pow. pokoi noclegowych zajmuje 77,72 m2, co stanowi 14,17 pow.. Stąd 14,17 kosztów inwestycji związanych z bazą noclegową w poszczególnych zadaniach to koszty niekwalifikowane. Planowane w projekcie rozwiązania architektoniczne i technologiczne będą zgodne z najlepszą praktyką budowlaną wraz z wykorzystaniem energooszczędnych technologii pomp ciepła, fotowoltaiki czy przydomowej oczyszczalni ścieków. Przyjęte rozwiązania charakteryzują się optymalną relacją jakości do ceny. Wnioskodawca posiada doświadczenie w dziedzinie zarządzania i przygotowywania infrastruktury rekreacyjnej oraz będzie posiłkował się spec. z dziedziny architektury i budownictwa.Dobra relacja jakości do ceny istotna jest także z punktu widzenia efektywności biznesowej inwestycje prywatne uzupełniające wsparcie, jakie ponosi Wnioskodawca wynoszą 2298269 zł. W wyniku realizacji projektu wsparcie na powstanie obiektu tur.rekr. otrzyma 1 przeds. Powstała infrastruktura będzie posiadać racjonalne usprawnienia dla os. z niepełnosprawnościami.W wyniku powstania wielofunkcyjnego obiektu wzrośnie zatrudnienie na umowę o pracę w przedsiębiorstwie 5 etatów oraz na umowy cywilnoprawne 2 osoby. Przyjęte w projekcie rozwiązania odpowiadają na potrzeby i problemy zdiagnozowane w części C.1 wniosku. (Polish)

The object of the project is to construct a site and equip the multifunctional tourism infrastructure to be constructed by sp. The factual scope of the project covers the execution of building works of Building A and Building B, the management of the land, as well as the purchase of fixed assets and equipment. The specific tasks of the project are: zad 1 building units Zad 2 Zuse.Zad Fitting-out of the scheme. Zad 3 Purchase of fixed assets and equipments.Zad 4 Indirect costs actually incurred in respect of buildings A and B, which will be spent on the accommodation, are included as non-eligible costs. The proportions have been calculated on the basis of the surface area of the accommodation and the bed rooms occupy 77.72 m², which is 14,17 in. Therefore, 14,17 investment costs related to the accommodation base in individual tasks are non-eligible costs. The design of the architectural and technological solutions in the design will be compatible with the best construction practice with the use of energy efficient heat pump technologies, photovoltaic or domestic waste water treatment plants. The solutions adopted are characterised by an optimal value for money. The applicant has experience in the management and preparation of recreational infrastructure and will be used in order to improve the quality of the service, as well as from the point of view of business efficiency, from the point of view of business efficiency, complementing the support provided by the Applicant to PLN 2298269. As a result of the project, the support to the establishment of the plant will be awarded to 1 points. The infrastructure will have a reasonable accommodation for the people with disabilities. as a result of the creation of a multifunctional facility, the employment contract of 5 FTEs and the civil law contracts of 2 people will increase. The solutions adopted in the draft reply correspond to the needs and problems diagnosed in section C.1 of the proposal. (English)
