Obiekty objęte projektem wpisane są do inwentarza muzealnego i wszystkie znajdują się na terenie SPE w Nowym Sączu którego teren wpisany jest do rejestru zabytków woj. Małopolskiego - Decyzja 604/96 z dnia 24.06.1996 r. nr rejestru Ks. A 804. Tym samym projekt dotyczy obszaru strategicznej interwencji regionu "obszary o wysokim potencjale zasobów dziedzictwa kulturowego". Przedmiotem Projektu są: 1.Prace konserwatorskie, remontowe i impregnacja obiektów sektora lachowskiego SPE:12 obiektów, wpisanych do inwentarza muzealnego, ekspozycyjnych. 2.Prace konserwatorskie, remontowe i impregnacja obiektów sektora góralskiego SPE: 14 obiektów, wpisanych do inwentarza muzealnego, ekspozycyjnych. 3.Prace konserwatorskie przy zabytkowej chrzcielnicy wpisanej do inwentarza. 4.Rozbudowa elektronicznych systemów ochrony obiektów SPE, w tym: budowa kanalizacji teletechnicznej, budowa systemu CCTV, budowa oświetlenia parkowego dekoracyjnego dla wydzielonych stref, rozbudowa systemów SAP i SSWIN Sądeckiego Parku Etnograficznego w Nowym Sączu. 5.Zadania w ramach kosztów pośrednich: informacja i promocja projektu, zarządzanie projektem, wsparcie projektu, zakup mat. biur. Porównanie efektywności funkcjonowania infrastruktury w latach 2015 i 2020 wskazuje, iż projekt ma wpływ na obniżenie jednostkowego kosztu utrzymania liczonego na 1m2 powierzchni zabudowy z poziomu 25,19zł/m2 do poziomu 22,05zł/m2. Z uwagi na posiadanie kompletnych kosztorysów inwestorskich Wnioskodawca potwierdza, że projekt przedstawia optymalną relację jakości do ceny. Liczba zabytków nieruchomych objęta wsparciem-26szt. Liczba zabytków ruchomych objęta wsparciem-1szt. Liczba obiektów dostosowanych do potrzeb osób z niepełnosprawnościami-10szt. Wzrost oczekiwanej liczby odwiedzin w objętych wsparciem miejscach należących do dziedzictwa kulturowego i naturalnego oraz stanowiących atrakcje turystyczne–4842 odwiedzin/rok Wzrost zatrudnienia we wspieranych podmiotach (innych niż przedsiębiorstwa) O/K/M–2 EPC. The project is designed to: 1.Maintenance work, repair and impregnation of the SPE sector’s premises: 12 items entered in the museum’s physical inventory, display facilities. 2.Maintenance work, repair and impregnation of the mountain structures of the SPE: 14 sites entered in the museum’s physical inventory, display. 3.Preservatives for the monument plant entered in the inventory. 4.Extension of the electronic protection systems of the SPE, including: construction of telematic sewage system, construction of a CCTV system, construction of a parking space for separated zones, extension of SAP and SSWiN systems of the District Ethnographic Park in Nowy Sącz. 5.Indirect costs tasks: project information and promotion, project management, project support, office purchase. A comparison of infrastructure performance in 2015 and 2020 shows that the project has an impact on the reduction of the unit cost of living per 1 m² of surface area from PLN 25,19/m² to PLN 22,05/m². Given the full cost estimate for investors, the Applicant confirms that the project presents an optimal value for money. The number of immovable monuments subject to support (26/tonne).
