Projekt Gospodarstwo Agroturystyczne Malowane Wierchy w Gładyszowie wzorcowe gospodarstwo ekologiczne dotyczy podniesienia efektywności energetycznej, zastosowania odnawialnych źródeł energii oraz technologii oszczędzających zasoby. Zakres inwestycji obejmuje:1. Modernizację źródła ciepła likwidacja kotła na węgiel całkowita eliminacja spalania paliw stałych w lokalizacji inwestycji,2. Zastosowanie technologii wykorzystujących odnawialne źródła energii tj. ciepło gruntu, ciepło powietrza, energię słońca gruntowa i powietrzna pompa ciepła, system fotowoltaiczny,3. Modernizację systemu oświetleniowego z wykorzystaniem źródeł LED,4. Zastosowanie technologii wpływającej na oszczędność wody,5. Zastosowanie systemu zarządzania energią w obiekcie.Główne efekty osiągane dzięki inwestycji to: wzrost efektywności energetycznej przedsiębiorstwa wyrażony zmniejszeniem zużycia energii końcowej na poziomie 78,69. zmniejszenie zużycia energii cieplnej i elektrycznej wzrost produkcji energii cieplnej i elektrycznej ze źródeł odnawialnych zmniejszenie zużycia wody w przedsiębiorstwie o ok. 32,5 m3rok redukcja emisji CO2 63,7 redukcja emisji SO2 76,6 redukcja emisji NOx 52,7 redukcja emisji pyłów 65,4Tak zaplanowane przedsięwzięcie ma charakter kompleksowy i przyczynia się do realizacji celów działania 4.2 oraz następujących celów cząstkowych na poziomie przedsiębiorcy: zwiększenie atrakcyjności gospodarstwa agroturystycznego dzięki poprawie wizerunku budującej przewagę konkurencyjną, zmniejszenie kosztów eksploatacyjnych związanych ze zużyciem energii i wody, poprawę warunków i jakości oferowanych usług i prowadzenia działalności. The Agrotourism project, Agrotourism, a model organic farm, concerns an increase in the energy efficiency, the use of renewable energy sources and the technology for saving resources. The scope of the investment is as follows: 1. Modernisation of the heat source decommissioning of the coal boiler total elimination of the combustion of solid fuels at the location of the investment, 2. The use of renewable energy technologies, i.e. the ground heat, the ambient heat, the ground solar energy and the air heat pump, the PV system, 3. Modernisation of lighting system using LED sources, 4. Use of technologies affecting water saving, 5. Application of the energy management system for the plant.The main effects of the investment are: an increase in the energy efficiency of the company, expressed as a reduction in final energy consumption of 78,69. reducing the consumption of heat and electricity from renewable sources by reducing the water consumption of the company by ca. The 32,5 m3year reduction of CO2 63,7 emissions reduction of SO2 76,6 emissions reduction of NOx 52,7 emissions reduction of particulate matter 65,4 The planned project shall be comprehensive and contribute to the objectives of Action 4.2 and the following sub-targets at the level of the undertaking: increasing the attractiveness of agrotourism by improving the image of a competitive advantage, reducing the operating costs associated with energy and water consumption, improving the conditions and quality of the services offered and operating.
