Przedmiotem projektu jest wdrożenie technologii produkcji innowacyjnych elementów wyposażenia wnętrz z wbudowanymi w element szklany układami elektronicznymi umożliwiającymi ładowanie urządzeń mobilnych telefony, tablety, laptopy bez użycia kabli. Wnioskodawca dysponuje prawami do wyników prac BR stanowiących przedmiot wdrożenia w ramach projektu badania zlecono, zakupiono od jednostki naukowej. Dokumenty potwierdzające ww. kwestie należy dołączono do wniosku w ramach załącznika nr 8.1 do wniosku o dofinansowanie.Celem projektu jest wzmacnianie pozycji konkurencyjnej firmy oraz wzrostu jej znaczenia gospodarczego poprzez zakup nowej linii produkcyjnej w tym: magazynu do szkła, centrum obróbczego, szlifierki, stołu do rozkroju, myjki i pieca do laminacji oraz budowy hali w której będzie odbywała się produkcja. Niezbędny jest zakup całej linii produkcyjnej, ponieważ przy produkcji nie ma możliwości wykorzystania posiadanych przez firmę innych środków trwałych np. stołu do rozkroju z uwagi na brak możliwości przenoszenia elementów szklanych na poszczególnych etapach produkcji do innych budynków. Podczas przemieszczania może dojść do uszkodzeń szkła lub możliwe jest zabrudzenie laminowanych powierzchni proces produkcji musi się odbywać w sterylnych warunkach, które maja wpływ na jakość i wygląd produktów końcowych. Niezbędna jest również budowa odrębnej hali z uwagi na brak wystarczającej ilości miejsca w obecnym budynku produkcyjnym. Dzięki realizowanemu przedsięwzięciu sfinansowany będzie zakup sprzętu produkcyjnego, który umożliwi wprowadzenie na rynek nowych produktów, oraz pozwoli na zastosowanie nowoczesnych rozwiązań umożliwiających redukcję kosztów działalności rynkowej firmy wynikającą z mniejszego zużycia energii i bardziej efektywnego wykorzystania surowców. The subject of the project is the implementation of technology of production of innovative interior fittings with integrated glass electronic circuits enabling mobile devices to charge mobile devices, tablets, laptops without the use of cables. The applicant has rights to the results of the work of the R & D which are the subject of implementation within the framework of the project, commissioned and purchased from the scientific unit. Documents confirming the above issues should be attached to the application under Annex 8.1 to the application for funding.The aim of the project is to strengthen the company’s competitive position and increase its economic importance by purchasing a new production line, including: glass warehouse, machining center, grinders, cutting table, washing machine and laminating furnace, as well as the construction of the hall where production will take place. It is necessary to purchase the entire production line, as it is not possible for the company to use other fixed assets, e.g. cutting tables, due to the inability to transfer glass elements at different stages of production to other buildings. During movement, glass damage or laminated surfaces may be contaminated, the production process must take place under sterile conditions which affect the quality and appearance of the final products. It is also necessary to build a separate hall due to the lack of sufficient space in the current production building. The project will finance the purchase of production equipment, which will enable the introduction of new products on the market, and allow the use of modern solutions to reduce the costs of the company’s market activity resulting from lower energy consumption and more efficient use of raw materials.
