Przedmiotem projektu jest wykonanie przebudowy drogi powiatowej nr 3641W Zbuczyn - Tchórzew - Izdebki-Kosny na długości 10 871,67 m. Przedmiotowa droga łączy się bezpośrednio poprzez węzeł/skrzyżowanie z drogą krajową nr 2, położoną w sieci TEN-T, a za jej pośrednictwem z infrastrukturą komunikacyjną doprowadzającą ruch do Zintegrowanego Wielofunkcyjnego Węzła Wymiany Pasażerskiej w Siedlcach leżącego na sieci TEN-T. Do drogi powiatowej nr 3641W przylegają bezpośrednio tereny inwestycyjne. Zgodnie ze Studium Uwarunkowań i Kierunków Zagospodarowania Przestrzennego Gminy Zbuczyn strefa rozwoju produkcji i usług obejmuje między innymi miejscowość gminną Zbuczyn, gdzie przedmiotowa droga się zaczyna. Realizacja projektu przyczyni się do poprawy parametrów technicznych drogi, a tym samym do zwiększenia jej nośności i przepustowości. Ponadto realizacja inwestycji przyczyni się do usprawnienia komunikacji w subregionie siedleckim oraz umożliwienia i ułatwienia mobilności jego mieszkańców. Projekt zakłada rozwiązania kompleksowe, uwzględniając elementy infrastruktury towarzyszącej, w tym, w zakresie bezpieczeństwa, zarówno zmotoryzowanych jak i niezmotoryzowanych uczestników ruchu. Podstawowe parametry drogi: szerokość pasa drogowego - 7,0 - 14,0 m, klasa techniczna drogi - Z, kategoria ruchu - KR 2, szerokość jezdni - 6,0 m, szerokość chodnika 1,5 m, szerokość pobocza - 1,00 m, remont przepustów pod drogą i zjazdami, oznakowanie poziome i pionowe, odwodnienie powierzchniowe systemem spadków podłużnych i poprzecznych do rowów przydrożnych lub na pobocze drogi. Realizacja przebudowy drogi powiatowej nr 3641W Zbuczyn - Tchórzew - Izdebki-Kosny stanowi bezpośrednie połączenie z siecią TEN-T, spowoduje poprawę dostępności zewnętrznej i wewnętrznej regionu, a w efekcie przełoży się na zwiększenie mobilności mieszkańców, rozwój społeczny i gospodarczy regionu i województwa, a tym samym wzrost jego konkurencyjności w układzie krajowym jak i międzynarodowym. The subject of the project is the reconstruction of the district road no. 3641 W Zbuczyn – Tchórzew – Izdebki-Kosny over a length of 10871.67 m. This road is connected directly through the node/crossing with national road No.2, located in the TEN-T network, and via it with the communication infrastructure leading to the Integrated Poviat No. According to the Study of Conditions and Directions of Spatial Development of Zbuczyn commune, the development zone of production and services includes, among other things, the commune of Zbuczyn, where this road begins. The implementation of the project will improve the technical parameters of the road, thereby increasing its load capacity and capacity. Moreover, the implementation of the investment will help to improve communication in the Siedle subregion and to enable and facilitate the mobility of its inhabitants. The project assumes comprehensive solutions, taking into account the elements of accompanying infrastructure, including safety, both motorised and non-motorised traffic participants. Basic parameters of the road: road lane width – 7.0-14.0 m, road technical class – Z, traffic category – KR 2, road width – 6.0 m, pavement width 1.5 m, roadside width – 1.00 m, repair of road and exit culverts, horizontal and vertical markings, surface drainage system of longitudinal and transverse drops to road ditches or to the side of the road. The implementation of the reconstruction of the district road No. 3641 W Zbuczyn – Tchórzew – Izdebki-Kosny is a direct connection to the TEN-T network, will improve external and internal accessibility of the region and, as a result, will lead to increased mobility of residents, social and economic development of the region and the voivodship, thereby increasing its competitiveness in both national and international terms.
