Projekt je zaměřen na vývoj ucelené řady prototypů lyofilizovaných alergenových extraktů a rekombinantních alergenních komponent pro in vitro diagnostické použití. Novost a unikátnost prototypů tkví ve vlastní technologii lyofilizace alergenů do podoby jednotestového balení každého nového produktu. Lyofilizované alergeny jsou určeny pro cílenou in vitro diagnostiku alergických reakcí pomocí analytických souprav umožňujících sledování specifických buněčných dějů metodou průtokové cytometrie. a. The project focuses on the development of a comprehensive range of prototypes of lyophilised allergen extracts and recombinant allergen components for in vitro diagnostic use. The novelty and uniqueness of prototypes lie in its own technology of lyophilisation of allergens into the form of a single-test packaging of each new product. Lyophilised allergens are designed for targeted in vitro diagnosis of allergic reactions by means of analytical sets allowing monitoring of specific cell processes by flow cytometry method. a. Le projet se concentre sur le développement d’une gamme complète de prototypes d’extraits d’allergènes lyophilisés et de composants allergènes recombinants destinés à un usage diagnostique in vitro. La nouveauté et l’unicité des prototypes réside dans sa propre technologie de lyophilisation des allergènes sous la forme d’un emballage à essai unique de chaque nouveau produit. Les allergènes lyophilisés sont conçus pour le diagnostic in vitro ciblé des réactions allergiques au moyen d’ensembles analytiques qui permettent de surveiller des processus cellulaires spécifiques par cytométrie de flux. Das Projekt konzentriert sich auf die Entwicklung eines umfassenden Spektrums von Prototypen von lyophilisierten Allergenextrakten und rekombinanten allergenen Komponenten für die In-vitro-Diagnostik. Die Neuheit und Einzigartigkeit von Prototypen liegt in der eigenen Technologie der Lyophilisierung von Allergenen in Form einer Einzeltestverpackung jedes neuen Produkts. Lyophilisierte Allergene sind für die gezielte In-vitro-Diagnostik von allergischen Reaktionen mittels analytischer Sets konzipiert, die die Überwachung bestimmter Zellprozesse mittels Flusszytometrie ermöglichen. Het project richt zich op de ontwikkeling van een uitgebreide reeks prototypes van gevriesdroogde allergenenextracten en recombinante allergene componenten voor in-vitrodiagnostiek. De nieuwheid en uniciteit van prototypes ligt in zijn eigen technologie van lyofilisatie van allergenen in de vorm van een enkele test verpakking van elk nieuw product. Gevriesdroogde allergenen zijn ontworpen voor gerichte in-vitrodiagnostiek van allergische reacties door middel van analytische sets die monitoring van specifieke celprocessen door middel van flowcytometrie mogelijk maken. La novità e l'unicità dei prototipi risiede nella propria tecnologia di liofilizzazione degli allergeni nella forma di un unico imballaggio di ogni nuovo prodotto. La novedad y singularidad de los prototipos radica en su propia tecnología de liofilización de alérgenos en forma de un envase único de cada nuevo producto.
