This project concerns the industrial implementation of its own R & D results in Andra, which were crucial for the development of new technologies and innovative products. As a result, solutions have been developed for significant changes in the technological process of manufacturing industrial load protection tapes as well as tunnel suture protection tapes. Thanks to the independent implementation of two research projects, the company will introduce two new products on the market, which will distinguish themselves from the products offered by the competition, i.e. mainly: • the load protection strap strength measured by a maximum force with a longitudinal direction of 4 000 N with a tolerance of 0 N; • the strength of a strap with a width of 13 mm designed to secure the loads within the relevant parameter in the form of an average relative elongation with a maximum force of 21,5 % with a deviation of 0,5 per cent; • the strength of the tunnel belt to secure seams for the automotive industry expressed by an average maximum breaking force of 458,14 N, with a standard deviation of 26,41 N and a variability factor of 5,76 N; • The strength of the suture protection strap was determined by relative elongation with maximum force averaged 41.91 %, with a standard deviation of 2.30 % and a coefficient of variation of 5,50 %. Therefore, new products (improved from the perspective of the global market) will be introduced to the offer, which will have an impact on improving the competitiveness and innovation of the Applicant and diversify its offers, and the resulting revenues from its sales will enable the company to develop further in the following years. The results of the project are universal, thanks to which it is possible to further adapt them to different industries as well as in solutions for other specialised use of tapes.     Przedmiotowy projekt dotyczy przemysłowego wdrożenia własnych wyników prac badawczo rozwojowych w spółce ANDRA, które miały kluczowe znaczenie dla opracowania nowych technologii i innowacyjnych produktów. W ich wyniku opracowano rozwiązania dotyczące istotnych zmian w procesie technologicznym przemysłowego wytwarzania taśm do zabezpieczania ładunków jak również tunelowych taśm do zabezpieczania szwów. Dzięki samodzielnej realizacji dwóch projektów badawczych spółka wprowadzi na rynek dwa nowe produkty, które odróżniać się będą od produktów oferowanych przez konkurencję , tj. przede wszystkim: • wytrzymałością taśmy do zabezpieczania ładunków mierzoną poprzez siłę maksymalną przy kierunku wzdłużnym wynoszącą 4 000 N z tolerancją na poziomie 0 N; • wytrzymałością taśmy o szerokości 13 mm przeznaczonej do zabezpieczenia ładunków w zakresie istotnego parametru w postaci średniego wydłużenia względnego przy sile maksymalnej wynoszącej 21,5% z odchyleniem na poziomie 0,5%; • wytrzymałością taśmy tunelowej do zabezpieczenia szwów dla branży motoryzacyjnej wyrażoną przez średnią maksymalną siłę zrywania wynoszącą 458,14 N, przy odchyleniu standardowym na poziomie 26,41 N i współczynniku zmienności na poziomie 5,76 N; • określono wytrzymałość taśmy do zabezpieczania szwów przez wydłużenie względne przy maksymalnej sile średnio wynosiło 41,91 %, przy odchyleniu standardowym na poziomie 2,30 % i współczynniku zmienności 5,50 %. W związku z powyższym wprowadzone zostaną do oferty nowe produkty (udoskonalona z perspektywy rynku globalnego)co będzie miało wpływ na podniesienie konkurencyjności i innowacyjności Wnioskodawcy oraz zdywersyfikuje jego oferty, a uzyskane przychody z jej sprzedaży umożliwią dalszy rozwój spółki w kolejnych latach. Rezultaty projektu mają charakter uniwersalny dzięki czemu możliwa jest dalsza ich adaptacja do różnych branż jak również w rozwiązaniach w zakresie innego specjalistycznego wykorzystania taśm.
