The project concerns the increase of production capacity of the existing Zakład Wielobranżowe "Galwanizernia" sp.z o.o. in Żagań by expanding the building, purchase of Laboratory equipment for testing innovative galvanic coatings, for the purposes of conducting research according to the indicative R&D work plan, the results of which will be used in the automotive and metal industries. The project includes the implementation of 4 tasks: 1. Preparation for the project implementation: technical and tender documentation; 2. Reconstruction of the production hall building for the needs of the Laboratory: construction works, earthworks, assembly works, installations for the production of distilled, demineralized, compressed air, acetylene, construction exhaust hoods for the fume cupboard, finishing, adaptation of the facility and rooms of hall 1 to launch R&D equipment, modernization of rooms to the specific technical requirements for conducting R&D activity, development of the adjacent area. 3. Purchase and assembly of Laboratory equipment; 4. Management and project promotion. The project will be implemented in cooperation with the public university Institute of Materials Engineering, WIMiM, ZUT in Szczecin. Multidisciplinary research in the field of chemistry, physics, material engineering will be carried out, which will allow the development of galvanic coating technology with increased anti-corrosion properties due to the planned, controlled micro-structural structure. Their effect will be the development, implementation for the production of a new generation of coatings with increased functionality. The implementation of this technology will allow to receive products with new and improved properties that increase the service life, reliability of mechanical devices components with a major application in the automotive industry. Project effects: increasing vehicle safety, improving living standards, is part of a sustainable development policy. The research will concern the improvement and implementation of a new large-scale technological process compatible with the BAT standard. (English)

Wdrożenie tej technologii pozwoli na otrzymanie produktów o nowych i udoskonalonych właściwościach zwiększających żywotność, niezawodność elementów urządzeń mechanicznych o głównym zastosowaniu w motoryzacji. Efekty projektu:wzrost bezpieczeństwa użytkowania pojazdów,poprawa standardów życia, wpisuje się w politykę zrównoważonego rozwoju.
