Postojeće poslovanje uslijed nedovoljnog stupnja tehnološke razvijenosti i ograničenog kapaciteta rada uzrokuje stagnaciju u pružanju visokokvalitetnih usluga čime je onemogućen rast i razvoj poslovanja te je ugrožena konkurentnost tvrtke Geomatika d.o.o. Kako bi se navedeni problem riješio nužna je investicija u modernizaciju IKT rješenja u cilju optimizacije poslovanja te poboljšanja konkurentnosti i učinkovitosti. Provedbom projekta nabavit će se napredni IKT sustav kojim će se ostvariti povećanje prihoda za gotovo 80%, zapošljavanje 1 novog djelatnika te ušteda vremena djelatnika za 25% radnih sati na poslovima manualne pripreme leta mjernog uređaja te uštedi od 15% radnih sati na poslovima ručne obrade i strukturiranja podataka. Existing business due to a lack of technology development and a limited work capacity leads to stagnation in the provision of high quality services and is hampered by growth and business development, and the competitiveness of Geomatika d.o.o. is threatened. in order to address this problem, investment in the modernisation of ICT solutions is necessary in order to optimise the business and improve competitiveness and efficiency. The implementation of the project will provide an advanced ICT system that will generate an increase of revenues by almost 80 %, recruit 1 new staff and save a 25 % staff time on manual flight preparation and save 15 % of working hours on manual processing and data structuring.
