Oni uvjetuju uspostavljanje i nastavak suradnje uvođenjem certifikata ISO 9001 i ISO 14001. Time će proizvodi biti zahtijevane i ujednačene kvalitete u skladu s ekološkim standardima. The problem of IM-COMMERICE is a lack of conformity between the business and customers’ requests. They shall make the establishment and continuity of cooperation conditional upon the introduction of ISO 9001 and ISO 14001. Their deployment is essential to further enhance their business, and to achieve a competitive and sustainable growth and development of the company. By introducing a ISO certificate, the company will improve competitiveness and market position, as business and manufacturing processes will be defined and controlled. This will also require products to be of uniform quality in line with environmental standards. In doing so, the company will control and maintain the quality, safety and reliability of its products as a whole, and will be successfully expanded to the EU markets, both existing and potential clients will be successful.
