Tvrtka Hladni val je provela analizu poslovanja te je identificirala probleme koji će se riješiti implementacijom predmetnog projekta – uključujući i smanjenu produktivnosti, nemogućnost dokazivanja kvalitete, nepostojanje sljedivosti dokumentacije i jasnih procedura vezanih uz upravljanje otpadom. Cilj projekta je osnažiti kapacitete tvrtke kroz uvođenje normi ISO 9001:2015 i ISO 14001:2015. Istovremeno će se stvoriti preduvjeti za rast prihoda od prodaje (95,2%) i prihoda od izvoza (83,8%), očuvanje postojećih i otvaranje tri nova radna mjesta. Ciljana skupina su postojeći (17) i budući (3) zaposlenici, a krajnji korisnici obitelji zaposlenika, klijenti i partneri, Brodsko-posavska županija i gospodarstvo RH u cjelini. (Croatian)

The cold wave company carried out an operating analysis and has identified problems that will be addressed by the implementation of the project in question — including reduced productivity, inability to prove quality, lack of traceability of documentation and clear procedures related to waste management. The project aims to strengthen the firm’s capacity through the introduction of ISO 9001: 2015 and ISO 14001: 2015. At the same time, the preconditions for the growth of sales revenue (95.2 %) and export revenue (83.8 %) will be created, the preservation of existing jobs and the creation of three new jobs. The target group is now (17) and future (3) employees, and end users of the employees’ family, clients and partners, Brod-Posavina County and the economy of the Republic of Croatia as a whole.
