U svoje proizvodno orijentirane poslovne procese projektom uvodi i certificira sustav upravljanja kvalitetom prema međunarodnoj normi ISO 9001:2015, što rezultira povećanjem poslovne konkurentnosti poduzeća na domaćem i inozemnom tržištu. Projekt je vrlo važan sa stajališta strateškog planiranja jer će omogućiti dostizanje međunarodno primjenjive razine standarda kvalitete, što će direktno utjecati na rast, bolju produktivnost i efikasnost, veći prihod i nova zaposlenja. Viking d.o.o. is an enterprise engaged in production and R & D activities and has specialised in energy-efficient solutions such as heating systems, production of electric vehicles and appliances using energy from renewable sources. In its production oriented business processes, a quality management system according to the international standard ISO 9001: 2015 is introduced and certified, leading to increased business competitiveness of companies at home and abroad. The project is very important from a strategic planning point of view as it will enable the internationally applicable level of quality standards to be reached, which will have a direct impact on growth, improved productivity and efficiency, increased turnover and new employment.
