Obiectivul general al proiectului este dezvoltarea infrastructurii sanitare, prin investiţii în dotari sau lucrari necesare infrastructurilor sanitare, care contribuie la dezvoltarea operationalitatii la nivel naţional, regional şi local, reducând inegalităţile în ceea ce priveşte starea de sănătate publica si îmbunătăţind accesul la serviciile medicale de calitate. Prin proiect se urmareste modernizarea si tehnologizarea la nivel European al infrastructurilor sanitare deficitare, care utilizeaza in continuare aparatura uzata fizic si moral, prin achizitia de echipamente noi si eficiente, ce aduc atat o crestere calitativa a serviciilor oferite, cat si o crestere cantitativa a numarul de persoane beneficiari de servicii medicale, imbunatatind starea de sanitate publica la nivel national, regional si local.In cadrul acestui parteneriat, rolul principal il au MS si UMPBM, care au derulat achizitiile prin intermediul structurilor lor(UMPBM), rolul Partenerilor(spitale) fiind de a receptiona echipamentele achizitionate prin procedura, ei doar inregistrandu-le in contabilitatea proprie, platile fiind facute prin UMPBM si MS. Pe langa acestea, exista si echipamente achizitionate direct de catre spitale, cu finantare de la CJ si MS. Fiecare partener are rolul de a raporta achizitiile facute, acestea fiind facute in functie de legislatia in vigoare la data contractarii (Romanian)

The general objective of the project is to develop the health infrastructure, through investments in facilities or works necessary for health infrastructures, which contribute to the development of operationality at national, regional and local level, reducing inequalities in terms of public health status and improving access to quality medical services. The project aims at the modernisation and technologicalisation at European level of poor sanitary infrastructures, which continue to use physical and morally worn equipment, through the acquisition of new and efficient equipment, which bring both a qualitative increase in the services offered, as well as a quantitative increase in the number of persons beneficiaries of medical services, improving the state of public health at national, regional and local level.In this partnership, the main role of MS and UMP is being made of their own equipments, which are paid by means of the MUB, which have the role of the MUB (within the framework of the MU) the role of the UMP, which has the role of the UMP through the procurement process. In addition, there are also equipment purchased directly by hospitals, with funding from CJ and MS. Each partner has the role of reporting the acquisitions made, which are made according to the legislation in force at the time of contracting (English)
