Glavni problem koji se ovim projektom rješava je nedovoljna konkurentnost tvrtke Cantabile na lokalnom, regionalnom, međunarodnom i globalnom tržištu koja proizlazi iz nedostatne organizacije poslovanja i procesa za potrebe provedbe i komercijalizacije inovativnog proizvoda - smrznute monoporcije cheesecake i 10 različitih okusa. Ciljane skupine su tvrtka Cantabile, koristi će imati i zaposlenici tvrtke - 57 koji će imati koristi (poboljšana znanja i kapacitete, razinu stručnosti, te zapošljivosti od implementacije novih organizacijskih i tehnoloških unapređenja procesnih inovacija unutar tvrtke - posebne koristi će imati 10 zaposlenika članova projektnog tima, odnosno minimalno bruto 4 novozaposlena na razini tvrtke). The main problem addressed by this project is the insufficient competitiveness of the companies in Cantabria to a local, regional, international and global market resulting from a lack of business and processes for the implementation and commercialisation of an innovative product — frozen monration of cheesake and 10 mixed flavours. The target groups were also used by the company Cantabe, to benefit company employees — 57 who will benefit (enhanced knowledge and capacity, level of expertise, and employability from implementing new organisational and technological improvements in company processes — specific benefits will be provided by 10 members of project team members — minimum gross 4, at company level).
