Cilj projekta je ojačati radni potencijal teže zapošljivih žena i žena s nižom razinom obrazovanja, zapošljavanjem 30 žena koje će pružati pomoć osobama u nepovoljnom položaju, te doprinijeti smanjenju rizika od siromaštva i povećanju kvalitete života i socijalne uključenosti nezaposlenih žena i krajnjih primatelja pomoći. Projekt će se provoditi na području Gospića površine 967 km2, sa izrazito niskom gustoćom naseljenosti od 13 stanovnika/km2, u kojemu većina naselja spada u ruralno područje. Nadalje, projektnim aktivnostima osigurati će se diseminacija informacija i vidljivost projekta. (Croatian)

The aim of the project is to strengthen the labour potential of women and women with lower levels of education, by recruiting 30 women who will provide assistance to disadvantaged people, as well as to contribute to reducing the risk of poverty and increasing quality of life and social inclusion of unemployed women and end recipients. The project will be carried out in the area of Gosselies (967 km²) with a very low population density of 13 inhabitants/km², where most of the settlements are in rural areas. Furthermore, project activities will ensure the dissemination and visibility of the project. (English)
