Uvođenje kontrolinga u Zavod riješit će se problem adekvatnog planiranja, analize i praćenja ostvarivanja ciljeva te racionalno korištenje proračunskih sredstava i problem koordinacije i integracije poslovnih procesa.Cilj je povećati učinkovitost poslovanja na način da se omogući kvalitetnije planiranje i upravljanje, bolja koordinacija na različitim razinama upravljanja,praćenje i analiza izvršenja planova te ostvarivanje zadanih ciljeva.
