SOC-KAP će na sektorskoj, regionalnoj i međunarodnoj razini razviti kapacitete SOMK-a. Kroz provođenje istraživanja, osim razvoja socijalnog dijaloga u sektoru i Hrvatskoj, doprinijet će se razvoju predškolskog odgoja i obrazovanja u skladu s relevantnim strateškim dokumentima na nacionalnoj i europskoj razini. Edukacijama, studijskim putovanjem, konferencijom i okruglim stolovima, dodatno će se razviti kapaciteti projektnih partnera u vidu organiziranja radnika, kao i u pogledu jačanja kapaciteta u administrativnom i stručnom pogledu kroz nova zapošljavanja. SOC-KAP will develop SOMK’s capacities at sectoral, regional and international levels. by conducting research, in addition to the development of social dialogue in the sector and Croatia, it will contribute to the development of early childhood education and care in line with relevant strategic documents at national and European level. Training, study trips, conferences and round tables will further develop the capacity of project partners to organise workers, as well as to strengthen administrative and professional capacity through new recruitments.
