Postojeće ICT aplikacije HVZ-a pokrivaju radne procese u vatrogastvu i trenutno ih koristi samo dio vatrogasaca (njih 2780). Aplikacije HVZ-a zahtijevaju upućenost u način korištenja i poznavanje vatrogasnih procesa. Nužno je podizanje znanja vatrogasaca u primjeni informatičkih tehnologija kako bi se mogla koristiti opisana aplikativna rješenja. eHVZ će kroz projektne cikluse (5 u 5 godina) omogućiti sistematiziranu edukaciju u svim vatrogasnim organizacijama i poboljšavanje operativne funkcionalnosti usluga HVZ-a na cijelom teritoriju Republike Hrvatske. The current ICT applications of the CVI cover working processes in firefighting and currently only benefit part of the firefighters (2780). HVDC applications require consumers to be informed about the way they are used and to know their fire processes. It is necessary to increase the knowledge of firemen in the application of IT technologies in order to be able to benefit from the application solutions described above through project cycles (5 in 5 years) to provide for systematic training in all firefighting organisations and to improve the operational functionality of the HVDC services throughout the territory of the Republic of Croatia.
