Osnova pokretačka ideja projekta Mjesto zajednice-razvoj DKC Lazareti jest unaprijediti produktivnost i suradnju između svih dionika (postojećih i potencijalnih korisnika, Grada Dubrovnika, FA Linđo, Baštine d.o.o, građana), a s vizijom razvoja i aktivnog doprinosa stavljanju u funkciju čitavih Lazareta kao horizontalno integriranog te programski povezanog DKC-a koji svoje djelovanje temelji na kulturnim i društvenim potrebama zajednice te vrijednostima sudioništva i očuvanja kulturne baštine. The raison d’être of the project Venue DKC Lazarets is to improve productivity and cooperation between all stakeholders (existing and potential users, the City of Dubrovnik, FA Lino, and heritage d.o.o, citizens), and with the vision of development and active contribution to the operationalisation of the Laos as a horizontal integrated and programmatic DKC that builds its action on the community’s cultural and societal needs and the values of complicity and preservation of cultural heritage.
