Zbog niskog stupnja razvijenosti VPŽ se oslanja na mogućnosti korištenja ESI fondova kao način pokretanja regionalnog razvoja, smanjenja migracija i smanjenja nezaposlenosti. RK pomoću ESI fondova ima mogućnost obučiti JLS-e kako pripremati i provoditi projekte. Pomoću ciljnih skupina-15 JLS-a i 6 djelatnika reg. koordinatora ostvaruju se ciljevi projekta-jačanje savjetodavne potpore regionalnog koordinatora JLS-ima, jačanje znanja šire javnosti i JLS-a za pripremu i provedbu projekata i jačanje kapaciteta regionalnog koordinatora za podršku u pripremi i provedbi ESI fondova. The low level of development of the AGF relies on the possibilities of using the ESI Funds as a way to launch regional development, reduce migration and reduce unemployment. Using the ESI Funds, the ESI Funds has the opportunity to train the PES to prepare and implement projects. With 15 target groups of JLS and 6 staff, the re-coordinator is achieving the objectives of stepping up advisory support for JLs’ regional coordinator, strengthening the knowledge of the general public and the JLs for project preparation and implementation, and strengthening the capacity of the Regional Coordinator to support the preparation and implementation of ESI Funds.
