    Glavni problem koji se ovim projektom želi rješiti je nedovoljna konkurentnost tvrtke Pražen putovanja d.o.o. kroz otvaranje poslovne jedinice i širenjem poslovanja na području Grada Knina, te ulaganja u nova vozila i sustav za praćenje vozila. Nekonkurentnost tvrtke je prvenstveno uzrokovana zaatarjelošću voznog parka, neodgovarajućoj razini kvalitete autobusa koja je nedostatna za uspješan nastavak poslovanja tvrtke, te zadovoljavanje tržišnih potreba, a također uzrokuje povećane materijalne troškovima poslovanja . Glavne ciljne skupine projekta su tvrtka Pražen putovanja d.o.o., te zaposlenici tvrtke (10) koji imaju potrebu za značajnom modernizacija strojeva i opreme, te većoj efikasnosti tehnološkog procesa izvođenja radova.
