Glavni problem koji se ovim projektom želi rješiti je nedovoljna konkurentnost tvrtke Pražen putovanja d.o.o. kroz otvaranje poslovne jedinice i širenjem poslovanja na području Grada Knina, te ulaganja u nova vozila i sustav za praćenje vozila. Nekonkurentnost tvrtke je prvenstveno uzrokovana zaatarjelošću voznog parka, neodgovarajućoj razini kvalitete autobusa koja je nedostatna za uspješan nastavak poslovanja tvrtke, te zadovoljavanje tržišnih potreba, a također uzrokuje povećane materijalne troškovima poslovanja . Glavne ciljne skupine projekta su tvrtka Pražen putovanja d.o.o., te zaposlenici tvrtke (10) koji imaju potrebu za značajnom modernizacija strojeva i opreme, te većoj efikasnosti tehnološkog procesa izvođenja radova. The main problem that this project is intended to address is the insufficient competitiveness of Pražen journey d.o.o. through the creation and expansion of business in the City of Knin and investment in new vehicles and the vehicle monitoring system. The lack of competitiveness of the company is mainly due to the rigidity of the vehicle fleet, an inadequate level of quality of the bus which is insufficient to successfully continue the business of the company, and to meet market needs, and also causes increased material operating costs. The main target group (s) of the project is Pražen journey d.o.o., and company employees (10) who have the need to modernise machinery and equipment in a meaningful way, and to make the technological process of execution of works more efficient.
