    Prema intervencijskom planu grada Knina ključni razvojni izazovi su negativan demografski trend i iseljavanje produktivnog dijela stanovništva uslijed smanjenja ekonomske aktivnosti, kontinuirane nezaposlenosti te nedostatka sadržaja i kvalitetnih socijalnih usluga. Rješenje ovih izazova zahtjeva integriran pristup. T.O. "Marić Commerce" u Kninu djeluje od 1995. s vidljivom tendencijom rasta kako u pogledu ponude tako i u pogledu broja zaposlenih. Kroz analizu opcija je vidljivo da je, u odnosu na trenutne socio-ekonomske uvjete, potrebno izvršiti reorganizaciju poslovnog prostora zbog uvođenja novog asortimana te modernizaciju opreme, a da bi obrt mogao održati postojeći trend rasta i broj zaposlenih (5) koji su i ciljna skupina projekta.     In Knin’s intervention plan, the key development challenges are the negative demographic trend and the exodus of productive sections of the population as a result of the reduction of economic activity, continued unemployment and a lack of content and quality social services. A solution to these challenges requires an integrated approach. From 1995, T.O. ‘Marić Commerce’ has been operating since, with a visible tendency towards growth, both in terms of supply and staffing levels. The analysis of the options shows that, in relation to the current socio-economic conditions, a reorganisation of the premises is needed due to the introduction of a new range and the modernisation of the equipment, and that it could maintain the current trend of growth and employment (5), which are also the target group of the project.
