Glavni problem koji se želi riješiti provedbom projekta Hrvatski centar koralja Zlarin je nedovoljna valorizacija i očuvanje, te nedostatak objedinjenih atrakcija temeljinih na prirodnoj baštini na području Šibensko-kninske županije.
