Projektom je planirana energetska obnova koja obuhvaća nekoliko građevinskih mjera za poboljšanje toplinske zaštitne ovojnice ( novi fasadni sustav na vanjskim zidovima, zamjena vanjske stolarije,novi krovni pokrov, izolacija stropa prema tavanu, sanacija podova prema tlu), a sve u cilju smanjenja utroška energije i štetnih emisija CO2.
