    Zgrada općine Matulji smještena je na adresi Trg Maršala Tita 11, 51 211 Matulji, objekt je izgrađen 1925. godine. Objekt je neadekvatnih konstrukcijskih elemenata u smislu energetske učinkovitosti. Rekonstrukcijom objekta te ugradnjom visokoučinkovitog sustava grijanje i hlađenja za potrebe zaposlenika pridonijet će se smanjenju godišnje potrošnje primarne energije u objektu (javnoj zgradi), poboljšanju uvjeta rada zaposlenih te smanjenju troškova poslovanja. Na objektu se planira provesti mjera povećanja energetske učinkovitosti postavljanjem toplinske izolacije na vanjske zidove i ravne krovove te zamjena dijela postojeće stolarije novom, čime će se postići značajne uštede u potrošnji energije Qh,nd 53.430,09 kWh/a (67,79%). The reconstruction of the facility and the installation of a highly efficient heating and cooling system for the purpose of employees will contribute to reducing annual primary energy consumption in the building (public building), improving working conditions and reducing operating costs. The facility is planned to implement the energy efficiency measure by installing thermal insulation on external walls and flat roofs and to replace part of the existing joinery towards a new one, which will lead to significant savings in the energy consumption Qh, nd 53 430.09 kWh/a (67.79 %).
