    Projektom je predviđeno ostvarenje uštede godišnje potrebne energije za grijanje od 51,16 % što se postiže s: a) Sanacija krova iznad grijanog prostora (postavljanje mineralbe vune zamjena pokrova), b) Izolacija vanjskog zida grijanog prostora etics fasadnjm sustavom c) Projektom je predviđeno uklanjanje postojećih slojeva poda i postava toplinske izolacije poda d) zamjena drvene stolarije novom PVC stolarijom e) rampa za savladavanje visinskih razlika u skladu s Pravilnikom o osiguranju pristupačnosti građevina osobama s invaliditetom i smanjene pokretljivosti f) zamjena rasvjetnih tijela LED rasvjetom g) ugradnja plinskog kondenzacijskog kotla h) ugradnja toplovodnog sustava radijatorskog grijanja i) ugradnja ventilacija kuhinje.
