Svrha ovog projekta je modernizacija poslovanja ulaganjem u tehnološku infrastrukturu s ciljem osiguravanja optimalnih uvjeta za implementaciju novih specijaliziranih programskih rješenja koja unaprijeđuju poslovne procese. Na taj način povećava se konkurentnost tvrtke, osigurava stabilnost poslovanja, te se ostvaruje preduvjet za razvoj prema zahtjevima tržišta. Kontinuirani rast poslovanja te kompleksni procesi proizvodnje medicinskih proizvoda dovode do potrebe za podizanjem razine sigurnosti i kontrole u poslovnim procesima. Realizacija projekta će riješiti problem nedovoljne kontrole i čestih rizika s kojima se tvrtka suočava, te omogućiti - zaposlenicima tvrtke kvalitetniji rad, a klijentima tvrtke sigurnije i kvalitetnije proizvode. The purpose of this project is to modernise the business by investing in technology infrastructure with a view to ensuring optimal conditions for the implementation of new specialised software solutions that improve business processes. In doing so, it increases the competitiveness of the company, ensures the stability of the business, and is a prerequisite for development towards market requirements. Continuous business growth and complex manufacturing processes for medical devices lead to the need to raise levels of safety and control in business processes. The realisation of the project will solve the problem of the insufficient control and risks faced by the company, and allow employees of companies to work better and produce safer and better products for the company’s customers.
